Saw an ADT van camping in the left lane, not passing anyone, not moving over. So I go to pass on the right, PITS, but no surprise, plenty of people are clueless. This mental midget driving a billboard on wheels thinks it's in his best interest to speed up, then although my turn indicator was on, he though it prudent to drive on the left shoulder and median to not let faster traffic over. Silly, I have front, rear, and side dashcams. This genius in van 298054, plate NYS 64987 MD, then doubled down, he just had to give me the finger when I finally got around him. Physical description is fat male, long hair and beard, looks like he smells. Small pudgy hands. Initially a stupid smirk. I can post the footage and photos of the entire incident, and will if no reply to this or a phone call that will be placed tomorrow. Ironic how a van can be lettered "Brilliantly safe" when this face of the company is neither safe, nor brilliant. This still is just the beginning, I know that this menace works out of Elmford as he was driving a billboard on wheels. Guess it slipped his mind.

Agent said she's send info on other services---which she never did---and Husband said he'd have to talk to me about other services. But landline service needed to be canceled. They never canceled our service and kept taking money out of our bank account. Said we never canceled. It was impossible for them to actually provide service without our having a landline. I finally called on early March and kept saying CANCEL to several people before they agreed to cancel. They refused to give back any of the money. Instead, the cancelation took a month to go into effect, and even though service is paid a month in advance, they kept taking money out until shortly before the cancelation went live. No refunds. Absolutely a greedy, shady company that will NEVER admit a mistake or do the right thing.​

Mitchell came to my home and we spent hours designing a system including not only all of the typical stuff such as door and window sensors and motion detectors, but also glass break monitors and water alarms for the laundry room and sump pump areas. Mitchell did not "sell" any of this stuff to me. I asked for it and we designed an excellent system together. The reason that I am writing the review today is because this is the first time that I have spoken to Mitchell in over two years. I received an alert on my control pad that a battery was low and I didn't know which device needed the new battery. I called Mitchell on his cell phone. He picked up on the second ring. I had the battery in a drawer and he identified the device and walked me through the battery change over the phone. This tells you a couple of things: 1. The equipment that Mitchell sold to me over 2 years ago works without issue. I literally have had not spoken to him in over 2 years because I have NEVER had a problem. My big problem today was that I needed a new battery. I'm OK with that. 2. Mitchell answers his phone. He is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Mitchell is a good guy. He knows what he is doing and he sells good stuff. I recommend him without hesitation.

He suggested we troubleshoot over the phone before sending a technician to my house. Since the equipment is old, he had to send a technician after all. While I was waiting for the technician to arrive, I fiddled with the settings and ended up resolving the issue on my own. What really stood out to me was the honesty--both Mitchell and the technician could have easily said I needed new equipment or upgrade or unnecessary work, but instead they were supportive and completely upfront. Very fair, trustworthy, and refreshing to deal with a company that operates with integrity. Highly recommend for your security needs!
