Horrible customer service to nobody's surprise. Tried to use the picture printing kiosk and 32 of…read moremy 55 pictures printed. Then the kiosk ran out of paper. Asked the associate to please fill it. She barely attempted to and asked another associate for help. The other associate said it would be 20 minutes until the associate with the key to unlock the cabinet with the paper would be back. I said okay and waited. 20 minutes later a male associate comes back and says the same thing about the associate on break with the key. Proceeded to wait ANOTHER 20 MINUTES for someone to fill the printer. The associate "with the key" comes over and fills the kiosk with paper from and UNLOCKED CABINET RIGHT NEXT TO THE KIOSK. She then tells us we can't use the kiosk anymore. I let her know we already had an order in progress and had the receipt for 55 pictures. She said we could use the other computers next to it but I had already waited 40 minutes at this point and Lord knows how long it would've taken to get the remaining pictures. The associate rang us up for 32 pictures at the register by the photo station. She never apologized (and neither did any of your other staff) or even offer to ring up the other items in my hands. Absolutely HORRIBLE service and it's unreal to think it took 40 minutes for your staff to fill a printer with paper. Had they had even the tiniest bit more urgency the kiosk would not have timed out because I stood there and watched it timeout after 30 minutes. Ridiculous is an understatement for this experience and I will never return to such an embarrassment of an establishment.

This is exactly the kind of movie theater that I love with it's recliner cushioned seats, spacious theater, great sound and tasty food options. I took my kids to see the latest Dreamworks movie and they had such a great time. I ordered them some tasty food including a chicken quesadilla, a pulled pork sandwich and fries. For the adults, they offer a wide selection of wine, beer and cocktails. I'm a big wine drinker and found the quality to be just so so. But with that said, I was just happy they had some drinks to chose from. I think the next time, I'll just stick to either beer or a cocktail. Finally, the location is super. There is free parking with validation and it's right across from the Steamtown Mall that has a Starbucks and a random assortment of shops and businesses. My recommendation would be to also head upstairs outside the Crunch gym and snap a photo of the replica "Welcome to Scranton" sign featured in the opening from the office. My kids had no idea what it was, but I enjoyed it!

They seemed to have a lot of awards, but I think they got them when they where doing something they cared about and they certainly didn't care about me when I was there. They also seem to charge a lot for not doing much. $5 for an hour at the range which wasn't much better than a cheap target in your backyard, $5 for instruction for an hour, but they multitask so much that you don't actually get more than a combined time of 10-12 minutes and $5 for the bow and arrows. I think the bow and arrow fee was reasonable, but combined with the others it is very expensive for what you get (not much).They also only let you shoot three arrows at a time. This sounds like a lot, but in realty you spend most of your time waiting for the slow guy to shoot and then getting your arrows. It would work much better if there was a set amount of time to shoot so that you don't end up waiting. They didn't have much respect for my time but hey, they where paid by the hour. They also didn't seem to know who they where trying to serve. They had to many kids who slowed down the adults and so many adults that they sometimes seemed to forget about the kids. I don't want to downplay the to good instructors, but you can't choose who you get and combined with the poor setup I would brace for a waist of time at best and horrible dark spot in your day at worst if you go there.
