I believe in giving credit where credit is due. Most Walmart's are a train wreck but this one is good and has clearly received more attention than most. This stores very modern and clean making it standout. It's layout while standard Walmart seems at least slightly more efficient than others. Stock here tends to be surprisingly good. Biggest problem is the traffic flow throughout the complex. Walmart only has one main entrance that's shared with the Target complex next door and it causes almost constant bottlenecks. The parking lot can also be crowded, but there are enough spaces. Commerce Blvd is also extremely busy and traffic can be quite heavy. Overall, this is one of the rare good Walmart's. read more

A couple days ago I was walking in the store buying pringles, sponges, rubber gloves, and lotion (for no reason) as I was about to check out I remembered I should buy the new ps5 so I walked to tech aisle just in time to see a mother yelling at her crying child and she proceeded to body slam his 3'1 ass into the side of her cart. My car got a flat and I put the spare tire on, after checking all the tires I noticed the two rear wheels were showing metal and severely corded. I scheduled and paid for four new tires mounted and balanced. I received a text message confirming my appointment at 6pm. living over a half hour away I carefully drove my car to the service center. I arrived 20 minutes early for them to tell me my appointment was canceled. They said they called and sent me messages but they are lost, because I never received any. After speaking with the Mgr she said, we will fix this and we will get the tires done for you. Approx 30 min later the technician came out to my car. I apologized for being able to schedule the appointment an hour before closing. He then said well just to let you know this might take me all night because I am by myself. I told him no problem, I am not in a rush but the car is really not safe to drive until the tires are done. He began working on the car, almost a half hour later they come to me and say, I can't get off the one lugnut so I can't change any of your tires. I have no idea what he did for the first thirty minutes. I asked to reschedule the appointment and was told that the car can't stay here, now I have to drive this car that is in worse shape then when I first got here. No matter how many times I was called sir, I could tell that I was getting the middle finger and he didn't want to do the work. read more

I needed to get some things for a family member I'm visiting. This was the go to place because there's a Starbucks nearby. Finding things was easy as most Walmart stores follow the same layout. Check out was a breeze in spite of the crowded nature of the store on a Friday afternoon. The checker was a delight. She did her job efficiently and managed to carry on a pleasant, brief conversation. The only problem with this store is access to the parking lot. Because of its location on a knoll, parking isn't as deep as the Wallys I'm used to. read more

This is a pretty standard Walmart that wasn't cleaner nor more organized than other Walmarts I've been but it also was not the worst. I stopped by during the COVID pandemic and saw that they were out of bleach and that milk prices were higher than normal. They were, however, not out of milk. They also didn't regulate how much milk you bought, like Costco does. I came just to get some milk, meat and fruits. Something I enjoy getting at Walmart if their $1 baguette bread or their $1 pre-sliced baguette bread. It's a great steal and is really convenient. Right now, since it is almost Easter, they have several rows of cute Easter basket materials. This location didn't have a person out front checking your receipts upon exiting. I got used to NY, CO, and CA not giving out bags upon purchase but in PA they still hand out plastic bags! The best thing about this place is that they're open 24 hours/day. read more

I am in a wheelchair and the employees are always very helpful and polite. They have a good selection of foods and other items and the prices are fair. The restrooms are easily accessible and clean. The only problem I have had in that area, is, that the employees often use the only handicapped stall and we have to wait as we have no other choice. This Walmart sucks. It's hardly stocked on ANYTHING. your best bet, is going next door to target. Better quality, and stocked shelves that's for sure! At target The line is normally a tad bit long. And only one or two cashiers are open.. but dang, I sure do promise you'll find what you need. This Walmart is hardly stocked with vegetables, chicken, small choice of deli meat in the deli... low stocked freezer foods, crowded, of course they can't help this but maybe they will one day realize they need to make bigger orders on certain items?? Walmart is consistent in making me aggravated and wasting my time. I don't go there often, but when I do something is either out of stock or not on display. Every time! This visit I was surprised by how bad the the already low quality products have become. I suppose the quality is in line with the price, but it's a bit of a bad joke. And, for people that don't know better, they're getting ripped off. Something new to me that really got me frustrated is how they market/ the description of their products. It's crazy how far they can stretch a definition. It's deceptive. And what's with all the employees not in uniform? It's certainly not comforting. I ordered Walmart delivery services for the first time because I am currently on bed rest and I must say I very disappointed in the service. For starters my entire order was left on the ground. No one attempted to call and say they were having trouble with directions or anything. Just left the groceries. If it wasn't for a neighbor being outside I would have even known they were there. After getting everything inside I noticed half of my items were missing Walmart didn't even offer any substitute for the items. So I called Walmart to inform them what happened and to get reimbursed for the delivery fee so I could reorder the missing items but all they kept trying to offer was a 10$ credit that can't be applied to the delivery fee. I am disgusted with the service I frequently shop at Walmart but this experience has put a very bad taste in my mouth. I paid for delivery not a pull up and drop off service. read more

I returned a few months alter after a few more battery failures that shouldn't have happened. The result was the same lack of customer service...instead defensiveness that threw the burden on me to 'prove' the battery was failing. After two visits (each costing me miles and a few hours) I was advised that my best bet would be to remove the failed battery and hand carry it back in another car to their 'service center' where I would leave it for a few hours so they could properly test it. Ridiculous... I will now replace this Walmart piece of with a battery from another seller...and never do business with their auto center ever. You get what you pay for.... I leave the two stars simply because the batter failed just after the full replacement warranty elapsed at three years. read more

I have always hated this place. I could rant ad nauseam about the (mostly) sour employees, the grubby smell and dirty appearance, the always-obstructed aisles, the business model that destroys urban commercial cores across America or any other number of ways in which this particular virus has infected our society. But this is a story about a single item and the (almost expected) extreme frustration I endured attempting to obtain it in a span of just 1.5 days. So, I needed a hair trimmer and zeroed in on the specific one I wanted. Normally I'd order such an item from the internet but I'm rapidly developing that homeless look, so I decided to pay a visit to a bricks and mortar store. In this area, one is largely limited to the big department stores for such an item (or Sally Beauty, but their products are higher-end than I require). Walmart offered my desired item for $39.97 (about $5 less than Target). These two stores are virtually next door to each other, so I decided to take a deep breath and ventured into Walmart. This store, of course, doesn't carry the trimmer I want. They did have a reasonable alternative at the same price point. I looked it up on my smartphone to ensure that it had decent feedback and wasn't a total piece of garbage. Walmart's website was the third result. The price on the website? $24.97. What the what? I asked a cashier about it and she said they "usually" don't match prices on their own website, but summoned a manager who echoed that sentiment and suggested I order the item online in order to secure that price, and that I could pick it up after 10am the next day. I ordered the item that I was already holding in my hand - which made me feel especially silly - but felt the $15 savings was too great to pass up. The next day I visited around 2pm. The gentleman who looked up my order said it wasn't there. That's right, folks, they do not do local order fulfillment for in-stock items. They ship items that are already on-site from off-site warehouses to fill online orders - and not even on their own trucks, but rather by Fedex or some other carrier! He said it could take up to 9 days. NINE! I said NEIN!!! I asked him to cancel the order. He needed a manager. The manager could not cancel the order. (This manager also said that if I had ordered the item online for store pickup, I'd pay the price that was on the shelf tag rather than the price in front of my face on the website.) He needed another manager. It took THREE people, ALL wearing "10 years of dedicated service" tags and standing side by side, to cancel my order and conduct a refund. This is a very large retail operation that encounters identical situations on a daily basis. REALLY? They were unable to answer why they couldn't match the website price or fill my order using an item that was already in stock. I can live with the homeless look if it means not having to deal with this whirlwind of idiocy. Also, afterward, I looked up the same item on my laptop. I searched for the same term I used on my smartphone, then looked up the model number. It doesn't exist on the regular website. I looked it up on my smartphone. It's there. American ingenuity at work. The only reason I can think of for this place to deserve even one star is that they are a 24 hour operation, and are therefore useful for late night emergencies. read more

This is consistently the worst Walmart in the entire chain of Walmarts in all 50 states. It is also unfortunately the closest one to home. Let's face it, Walmart is never a fun experience, but this location is painful to visit. I've been to 5 of the next closest Walmarts in the area and none are 1/10 as bad as this one. The parking lot was designed by a moron, funneling incoming traffic past the store front, which is like Grand Central Station. You must sit and yield to pedestrian shoppers coming and going for what seems like minutes, and manuever around cars with hazards parked in front dropping off and picking up lazy people who can't walk 30 yards. Once inside you have to fight for a cart, if there are any, and 90% of them have some form of garbage left in them from the previous shopper. Avoid the pharmacy during rush hours unless you have nothing better to do than stand in line to pick up a med for 30 minutes. You will watch numerous people attempt to cut the line ahead of you, and then get treated rudely by most pharmacy techs when checking out. Things you will frequently see/hear: empty shelves, aisles blocked by pallets of product that SHOULD be on the shelves, shoppers who appear to have come from another planet, carts blocking every aisle by those shoppers who don't understand what "excuse me" means after repeating 3 times, opened product with stolen/missing items, people taste testing food then putting back on shelves, spilled busted bags of pet food/litter, dead beta fish floating in green water, screaming out of control kids, screaming out of control adults, fighting coworkers, bathrooms always closed for cleaning that are somehow filthy when opened, long checkout lines with mostly miserable staff (understandably so), and management who just don't give a crap. All that being said I no longer frequent this store location. If you are an extremely patient person with lots of time to waste and are oblivious to your surroundings, you may be able to tolerate this store. If not, do yourself a favor and either pay more at Target next door, or drive further and hit one of the surrounding area Walmarts. Trust me, it'll be worth your time and money to drive further or shop elsewhere. This store isn't worth the stress of shopping there. Your health and sanity are more important! read more

I purchased family PJ's from Walmart, off their seller platform. The seller misrepresented their page, list adult and children sizes, with pictures, a sizing chart for men, women, and kids, and selection buttons for each. I received the four pairs I purchased really quickly. but what I had was four kids size. Contacted the seller, thinking there was a boo-boo, but no. Seller contacted back stating they only have kids sizes. I started the return with Walmart, they have a handy button at the bottom of your order to help you out. I returned the four items in person. Walmart broke the return into two, packaged them up and sent them out, and gave me half a refund up front. this was 11/23. Now I'm still out the remaining 45.00$, three phone calls with Walmart and no resolution. call on 12/8 they gave me a fake incident # and a promise for a call from a manager. Today, 12/11, no call, no refund, no product. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Do not purchase off of Walmarts platform, especially if it's not a pro seller, unless you like to lose money and have your Christmas plans ruined. read more

As Wal-Mart's go, this one was great. Well stocked, produce was fresh and beautiful, plenty of staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Most Wal-Mart's in our area are understaffed and the people are hard to find, but here workers asked if he needed help and went out of their way to help. It was very nice indeed! read more

The lines for the Deli on Saturday and Sunday are typically 10 people waiting. Usually only two people working behind the Deli counter, always completely understaffed for weeknds. I am a senior with a bad back, but good health. I went in the entrance in the rear marked CUSTOMER ENTRANCE. I made some purchases. I bought a HDTV, ink, paper. I paid for the items in the electronics section and walked to the door I came in. It was locked. I asked a clerk to help me. He said a need a manager. So a manager came. Manager: what do you want Me. To go home, Manager: Why do you want to go out that way. Me: Because that is the way I came in . Manager: Why did you come in that way. Me Because their is a big sign which says CUSTOMER ENTRANCE. Manager: Why did you park your car out there. Me: Because it is a parking lot. Manager: Do you have a receipt for those items Me: Yes Manager: Show it to me Me: Are you going to open the door Manager: No Me: Then why would I show you my receipt. Manager:I can't open the door, it is against the rules Me: A rule to lock your customer in, Manager: Nothing I can do about it, With that he walked away his keychain with a 1000 keys clanking. This place, avoid on weekends if you could. Unless you are a more patient person than me. The check out lines are long. You can't go 5 feet before colliding with another shopper or a display. And some of the shoppers wont move at all when you're trying to get through, its just so congested on the weekends. I prefer the store in Taylor, i am so glad that one opened up. It is very hard to find help if u needed at this store. The one in Taylor they are very helpful. Also my friend buys the Walmart brand "Great Value" snacks, like chips, pretzels, and such, and they taste lousy. read more
