I phoned their Reseda Store to ask a few questions about particular products I'd seen on their website, but instead of getting much help, I soon found that I was dealing was a very snotty young woman who had absolutely NO interest in either helping me OR answering my very few, direct product questions. I was both polite and courteous while asking 2 questions only. For example, when I asked her how much one of the products I was interested in buying costs in the store, she just said "I don't know", while making it very obvious that she had absolutely no interest in finding out either. I quickly got the bum's rush and decided to find somewhere else to spend my money. I only wish that I'd gotten her name and recorded the very brief call so I could turn both over to the store's owner ASAP since I doubt that he would appreciate her attitude as a representative of his store. read more
