I was greeted by a very friendly lady that helped me find just the right toy. They had a huge toy selection and all of the new stuff and the 2 ladies working there were very knowledgeable about them. The merchandise is organized by type so you don't have to scramble for what you're looking for. If you're going for a specific item do your research and read reviews. The staff prefers not to give opinions on toys etc. They have an arcade which is a movie room. We didn't check it out because we didn't have time.
