unacceptable customer service from sheila (store manager)…read more do not go to this location!!!!!!! i experienced unacceptable, unprofessional, confrontational customer service from sheila (store manager) @ copperas cove location. upon entering the store @ 6:59pm (door was unlocked) sheila yelled out "we're closed" sheila failed to represent the company with her ridiculous and unprofessional attitude towards a customer. i had to remind sheila to say hello (greet the customer). she responded with an attitude (hello, how can i help you? ) failed again!!!! sheila failed to redeem her professional rapport. i informed sheila to do better and request to find the next opportunity to support the customer. (reschedule for the next available day) in addition, i informed sheila to consider business hours to "win my business". sheila responded with the same rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and unacceptable attitude, "we open at 10:00!" failed again. 3 times sheila failed. sheila conducted herself less like a store manager and more like a person who lacks professionalism and the ability to self- regulate her attitude while at work as well as demonstrate proper leadership in front of a new hire. unacceptable business practices! i would not recommend this location nor will i stand for the unwarranted confrontation to conduct business. title max1535 e. highway 190copperas cove, tx 76552title max corporate office and other sources have been notified of this unacceptable business management. i have received better customer service from dianna! however, sheila's hostile, confrontational and unprofessional attitude ensured that title max lost my recommendation for future business opportunities!

After finding out I couldn't do a title loan because I just moved here last month and my car is still titled in Arizona, I asked the very polite young woman to remove me from their calling list and she said she would and we hung up. Starting Monday morning, I began receiving call after call with their number and name on the caller ID again but when I'd try to answer, I would just get hung up on. This continued all day Tuesday then started right up as soon as they opened again!! Finally, yesterday (Wednesday) I answered and said "Hello?" When the woman speaking tried to go right into her sales pitch, I interrupted her and said "Please stop calling me!! I can't get a loan with you!" And she ACTUALLY SCREAMED AT ME "THEN ANSWER YOUR PHONE, YOU DUMB B*TCH AND JUST SAY THAT!." I stared at the phone in shock then said angrily in a low voice "I did. I spoke to someone last week and was told I'd be removed from the calling list." And she shouted something unintelligible at me and hung up. If this is how you run your business and this is the quality/caliber of people you have working for you, then I am GLAD my title didn't work because if this is how you speak to your customers who are obviously already having financial issues and having to suck up their pride to take a high interest loan for an emergency situation, I hope you go out of business very soon. And to the woman who talked to me like that yesterday, I simply hope you have the day you deserve for the rest of your rude, angry and NOT suited for customer service life. Do everyone a favor and quit your job because you're a terrible person and are just making everyone around you miserable because you hate your job/life so much or WHATEVER your personal issues may be right now and that is BAD customer service. I will never do business with this company and will indeed tell everyone how I was treated and not to come here unless you want to feel worse than you already do about your situation.

The building's air conditioner doesn't work so they keep the lights off which also seems unprofessional . I'm going to try once more to see if I just caught them on a bad day.
