The battery light never went off and once we got to Nashville we stopped at the auto parts store. The folks checked it out and told us that the alternator was kaput. We couldn't get the car started again and had to leave it over night. The gentleman there gave us the number for Cooper's Automotive Garage to call once we got back to the car on Monday morning. We called and talked to Mr Cooper and he arranged for a tow to his place, got us right in and replaced the alternator while we waited. His team treated us respectful and we recommend them highly. I was given a quote and whenever I went to pick my vehicle up it was $200 more. 2 days letter my check engine light came on again and whenever I took it back to the shop they had my car for over 6 hours. Whenever I asked for a detailed explanation of the costs he started yelling at me and refused to fix my vehicle. He stood up out of his chair and walked over to me in a threatening manner saying he was going to call the police and have me arrested. Marcus needs to take a course on customer interaction and learn to listen to the customer and not interrupt them. This place was recommended by Auto Zone but I'm sure they dealt with Mr. Cooper and not the inept Marcus.
