I've been banking with Chase for several years out of state, so I was excited that there is a…read morebranch closer to where I'm currently living. This is somewhat of a small branch compared to others than I'm used to. There are only two windows for tellers to assist customers, but there seems to be ample offices for bank representatives to handle other types of financial business. Upon my arrival I was promptly greeted in the lobby and directed to the teller window. The teller was pleasant and quickly assisted me with my transaction, and then I was on my way. There is a drive-up ATM on the premises and ample parking for customers. My one big disappointment is that this location does NOT have a drive-up teller. That's one reason why I despise Bank of America, so I was not excited to see that the newest Chase location does not have this feature. It seems that they want people to either use the ATM or come inside to the branch.

I took my taxes in and the…read morepreparation went smoothly when I went to pay I put my debit card into their tiny card reader and the cashier said I had to put my card in again because of a glitch two days later when looking at my Chase card app I realized they charged me twice when I contacted their office the lady was not helpful at all and became argumentative I had to take it up with their home office in Kansa City and waited a month for this to be resolved by my bank not H R Block if I can't trust them with a simple payment transaction why would I ever take my taxes there again

Three years ago I was attempting to file my taxes via turbotax. My husband and I had recently gotten married and we also had a ton of random forms. TurboTax said we owed over $2000. I was almost in tears because I knew we couldn't afford that. I went into H&R on a whim. I was desperate. I was introduced to George, and he seamlessly handled all of my paperwork and ensured my husband and I got a refund. Now, I work in education and I was feeling discouraged that day... about the state of my job, student loans, etc. George reassured me it would get better. He said he looked forward to seeing me in 2018 and hearing about the progress my husband and I would make. Of course, I returned last year. He helped once again! Looking at all of the numbers was daunting (i.e. student loan interest) and I was thinking aloud about my debt worries. He turned away from his computer and showed me some numbers and said, "you guys are still better off than you were last year. One step at a time." It doesn't sound like much, but he was so reassuring. I made an appointment with him for tomorrow, and honestly, I've been looking forward to this for weeks. I mean, who gets excited about seeing a CPA?! I do. George is a rarity; he's great with numbers and he's also great with people. Money can make us feel vulnerable.
