I'm at the Sanford branch today. Downtown. People are in line for the drive-through ATM. Nobody can get any money I go inside the manager is having good old jovial time with two other employees, laughing and carrying on while the drive-through is backed up and there are five people in line at the bank with three people to do both the drive-through and the inside teller. One guy is running around getting McDonald's orders nobody's helping the people behind the glass. I asked about the ATM. The manager takes my card says there's nothing wrong with it. I said I already know that I told you in the beginning it will only allow me to change my pin number or make a deposit. Oh yeah, it's broke. We called for a technician. I'm like why can't you just put a sign up out there, letting people know that it does deposits only you cannot withdraw cash instead of letting them stack up in the line and then have to come inside or get frustrated? Oh well, that's a good idea. I go stand in line I watch three other people pull up listen to them worrying about their McDonald's order and nobody puts up a sign.

I stopped at the outside ATM out of convenience, it was after hours so I had no interaction with the staff. The property is well maintained and the ATM dispensed the amount of cash I was looking to withdraw for a $3.00 transaction fee which my bank will reimburse me.
