My loan is paid in full but it still shows as open which does not allow me to take out a loan anywhere else. I called and despite telling them I can show proof that the loan was paid in full and the money came out of my account. I was told they can't override the system and it will take 14 days to clear. If this was Amscot, they would look at my proof, have me email it over and they would clear it immediately. I will not use Advance America again for this reason. read more
