So when you get hit with the fee, they say they made a mistake in listing that particular financial institution. Then try to state it's not actually a fee, it's a service charge. Right, which is a fee. Then state they aren't charging anything but can't control what other places do. Right, except it specifically says it's an affiliate institution and is fee free. Then back around again. Ridiculous. Also, their system and app is very lacking especially when compared with other financial institutions. As an insurance broker, they called when I filed a claim to ask how everything was going. When I explained I had yet to hear from the insurance company, they stated they would reach out to them and follow up with me. Except they didn't. So it seems that they say the right things but without any action, or they just want to hear how everything is great, except it isn't. I can't recommend Security Services, for anything. Too bad because I had high hopes.

Better than a bank with multiple locations around the city with way lower interest on credit transactions. Any financial/business transactions take time & they are worth the wait especially when dealing with large types of transactions for homes, cars, retirement, insurance, etc. they do so much for my family & friends great job, keep up the great work when doing it under the tremendous amount of pressure & the public.
