I've been going to Central Finance since maybe…read morearound 2003, when it used to be on the other side of the shopping center and I've worked my way up to the max of $1,500 and made my payments and paid it off and hardly late but I always paid the fee if any. Usually around Xmas time I take out the max and around income tax I always paid it off, then in summer of 2023 I called to see if I can just borrow $500 and they put me on hold after taking my information and then another girl gets on and she says she the manager and very snotty she says they are unable to help me and I ask why and at that time I was in between jobs so I take it they ran my credit and was like okay I get it but why be snotty about it and I ask again who she was and she kept say I'm the manager and I finally ask for her name and she said Veronica and I just hung up and left it like that... Today I called because something unexpected happened and well I printed out my check stubs and was ready to give all my updated information, but when someone answers and I explain I'm needing to reopen a loan that I had for years and she tells me that I called less then 6 mos ago and if I'm sure if I want to try again and I told her yes then she puts me on hold then here comes the manager on the phone telling me I'm denied because my credit wasn't good and I told her yeah I know my credit isn't good but I always had called in the past and they would tell me to take in my pay stubs showing proof I'm still working and current utility bill proving where I live and with the same snotty attitude says they are finance with the bank and that's how they get their money. I didn't want to get into with her because she sounded the same snotty Veronica I spoke to months back, it's a shame that I've been doing business here for years and seen so many little girls come and go and wasn't hard for me to get money because I build my history with them but I guess that doesn't matter here but what's makes me angry that they are not professional at all about it and have a shitty attitude, well glad I was able to get help from another company that I build history the same time as I did with this company.

I signed paperwork and was sent on my way, told I was all done. IRS contacts me months later. Nothing was done. I go back in, sign again. Months later, IRS contacts me again, nothing was done. I emailed and called Bandera Tax Services so many times without a response that I resorted to literally just showing up until they would help me. I begged in the emails. They never did anything. I should've known better and gone to a professional from the moment they first lied but each time they said they would fix it, I trusted them- plus, they had all my paperwork. Final result was my issue ended up in collections even though I didn't owe anything. I went to a proper tax service and solved the issue in one day. Seriously, save yourself the grief and don't go to them. They are irresponsible, do not return emails or calls and do not do what they say they're going to do. They can get you into serious legal and financial trouble.

He's was unresponsive after I was asked to fill out an intake form and submit my very sensitive…read morepersonal information. My portal was created where I uploaded all the docs I had. I asked questions, sent messages got no reply. Weeks went by and I thought maybe he was just very busy. However I did not even get a message stating that. I didnt want to wait any longer because deadline was approaching. Now I worry about my personal information because its not very trustworthy to just ghost someone after getting all of that. I said how I didnt feel comfortable sending that but he made it seem like I had to fill out the intake form for the portal to be created.. without his response of any kind after some time I really dont feel confident that my information is safe. I have gone to the portal and deleted all that, but unfortunately I can not delete the intake form that was sent :( Definitely not the professional way it should have been handled on his end. I filed my own taxes before it was too late and hopefully that he sees this and deletes any other personal info for my peace of mind. Then I will take my review down
