They worked diligently until my problem was solved. I purchased Bosch blades for my partner, motor oil, repair of old blades, and a couple of extra blades for my car. A tractor-trailer was unfortunately parked right near the outdoor air machine, so I went inside to find out where I should go. The indoor staff was very friendly, telling me exactly where to wait and assuring me someone would be right out to assist. I did have to wait a little while for someone to come out and help me. However, once the technician arrived, he was excellent--he knew the exact air pressure my vehicle required without even needing to check the door sticker. He got them checked and filled quickly, and I was back on my way in no time.

Additionally, rubber bushings, tire weights, and various other debris are all over the parking lot. The rubber won't cause damage, but those metal weights could. He and the team are highly skilled, and they don't over charge. They will be honest about whether or not the work is worth it for your vehicle, which is important when you drive a 96 Chevy S10 like I do. We will definitely keep going to Cove as long as they are open and we live in the Asheville area. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

I get it, stuff happens. Went a couple of months not being able to get them to look at it. I wrote a bad review. FINALLY got the owner to return a call. I agreed to take the post down and was nice enough to give him until June to check it out and fix it, because I was in a treatment center and couldn't drive anyway. Have yet to hear a word from him. I ended up selling my car for $2000 (Blue book was $8500 before they "fixed it"). Tried to hire a lawyer to sue him but I guess it's too hard to prove, which he obviously knows. You should let the fact that you have to leave a message to actually talk to anyone be your first warning.

I had run over something in the road a few days before, so I thought there might have been a puncture. I waited there and waited as that is how it works at my Discount Tire. But nobody came to help so I decided to go inside but someone came out to meet me and just told me to wait. Another car came and we had a line so finally someone came over to check the tires. Thankfully, I didn't have a leak as with the rate this shop operates, I would have missed my show. I will look for another location if I have another tire issue in the area.

Third visit everything seemed fine. Got my car back with a vague conversation about the TPMS needing to resync after driving. Left despite a nagging feeling and the TPMS error didn't go away. The real problem though? An unrelated tire was down to 10 psi! This would have left me stranded if I didn't have a pump with me! Edit: after my 4th trip back to the store my TPMS system is not working! Avoid this location at all costs!
