They specialize in Japanese Imports, people come from miles around, because word of mouth is Hard Rock Auto's best advertisement. Terry and his crew are the most honest and accommodating mechanics I have ever met. He explained everything to me and saved me a ton of money. I have always had older model used cars, I have a 1991 Honda Accord that he sold me in 2005 that still runs as smooth as silk. My mother now uses the Honda, and Terry and his crew always take excellent care of her and the car! Terry is very customer friendly and down to earth. When I was a poor college student, who couldn't afford expensive repairs, but had to have dependable transportation to school, work and clinical sites- Terry kept my car running and worked with me on payment options. Hard Rock Auto offers excellent, dependable service with a hometown feel and customer service. I can't say enough good things about them! After an exceptionally hot day of running it, it started to run a little hot. So we pulled the front filter and air filters out and cleaned them. After letting it cool for a while, we couldn't get it to crank back up. Figured maybe we had overheated it and blew a head gasket or something like that. So took it and dropped it off with the guys down at Eastern Diesel. About an hour later I got a call to come pick it up! Come to find out, I put the damn inner air filter back in backyards and it wasnt allowing it to crank because it couldn't breath! Yeah I'm a dumbass! Anyhow, the guys at Eastern Diesel were so nice about it and really were top notch to get us taken care of so quick! I can't say enough how grateful I am and know for 100% we will be their customers for life! Thanks so much yall!
