We also had an oil change done and requested Mobil 1, well instead of telling us that they didn't have that brand they went to the store and got it and charged the hell out of us for it. They didn't tell us that we would have to pay for them going to get it or anything. We would've went with something else. We were/are traveling from our home in South Carolina to California with grandkids. While cruising through Georgia I had a semi throw a retread In front of us. It went under our 36ft Tiffin class A & destroyed the muffler system. The muffler then wrapped around the drive shaft & bent it. I nursed it on the off wrap & there was Goodyear. Drew's team never shook there head no. They took charge & within 48hrs we had a rebuilt exhaust system (NASCAR) lol & a rebuilt drive shaft they took to a specialty shop 30 minutes away.
