I recently called to get my Tiguan appraised to see if the value justified the repairs or need investigate buying a new car. The Service Manager said I could make an appointment online or he would make the appointment. I ended the call. Do I want to work with a dealership that is clueless as McGrath? This error has not been corrected despite repeated notices and escalation to ownership. Current impact (not hypothetical -- already happened) I was issued a citation for driving an unregistered vehicle The Illinois Motor Vehicles Department refused registration due to incorrect title/assignment I am now facing court exposure, penalties, and inability to legally operate the vehicle This harm is directly caused by dealership documentation failure and delay in correction.
