An employee named Steve helped me so much. He first came out to my car and examined what kind of screws I needed. Then he brought out tools and sprayed something on my the screws and pulled really hard to get them out. While I was putting the new license plate sticker on, Steve went back in and found the exact screws I needed and ever put them on. Super nice guy and really cared about me. With a purchase of $3 screws, Steve went above and beyond what I could have ever asked for. He wished me the best and even called me kiddo, which I absolutely loved. I hate asking for help and feel inferior every time I go into an auto parts store. But because of Steve, I will definitely be back! I totally recommend this location to anyone. I ended up with Maurice and my experience was not nearly as pleasant as my friends. I felt as though I was misled several times and then advised to get a vehicle that had damage to the hood and was told they "might" be able to get it fixed for me. This was not even the car I wanted, he told me that car "wasn't good for me" without explaining why. I decided I did not want to proceed with the sale due to this and was pushed by this salesman heavily. To the extent that it became apparent I was being treated differently because I was a single woman there without a man. Once this salesman realized the sale wasn't going to go through he started trying to pressure my friend and telling her confidential information about my loan & to get me to close the deal and attempted to make me feel like I wouldn't be able to secure a deal anywhere else. My friend had Christian and her experience was really good, she ended up leaving with a car. I ended up leaving without a car and needing to have a conversation with the manager. The manager was very professional and handled my concerns. I don't think this is a reflection of the dealership as a whole but more so that specific salesman.

Being a college student here in a Findlay, this place is the only one where I can walk in and not go off an appointment because my school schedule is packed on weekdays. The day we picked it up the brakes starting going out on the way home and we discovered a brake line had been broke. Took the truck back and they said they didn't do it. Now, don't get me wrong, dad's truck was getting old, but when you have the brake line go out on you on your back from the service station, something just doesn't seem right. The owner started getting all mad at my father, (which not to brag, but is one of the most honest guys I know) at which point I stepped into the conversation explaining that yes, the truck was old, but the line JUST got broke? (and know, I wasn't even yelling lol) After being yelled at and having a finger pointed in my face, we decided it was time to leave.
