The most recent was when we purchased a used - 220,000 mile vehicle and overpaid significantly for it, we were promised two measly free oil changes. Each oil change was met with "no record of this and that" and "we can't honor it". We called ahead and spoke to Dan in the service department who assured us there would be no issue, upon pickup, they wanted to charge full cost. Where is the customer service? I ended up with Maurice and my experience was not nearly as pleasant as my friends. I felt as though I was misled several times and then advised to get a vehicle that had damage to the hood and was told they "might" be able to get it fixed for me. This was not even the car I wanted, he told me that car "wasn't good for me" without explaining why. I decided I did not want to proceed with the sale due to this and was pushed by this salesman heavily. To the extent that it became apparent I was being treated differently because I was a single woman there without a man. Once this salesman realized the sale wasn't going to go through he started trying to pressure my friend and telling her confidential information about my loan & to get me to close the deal and attempted to make me feel like I wouldn't be able to secure a deal anywhere else. My friend had Christian and her experience was really good, she ended up leaving with a car. I ended up leaving without a car and needing to have a conversation with the manager. The manager was very professional and handled my concerns. I don't think this is a reflection of the dealership as a whole but more so that specific salesman.

I waited outside for 15 minutes and then called the store at 7:15 to see if their hours were correct. They were indeed correct, so they we behind opening schedule. It's first come first serve here, so I assumed being the first one in line Meant I would be the first one helped. I was told a 2 hour wait. Being a college student here in a Findlay, this place is the only one where I can walk in and not go off an appointment because my school schedule is packed on weekdays. I wait for the 2 hours and the service tech was very helpful and accommodating. Besides the wait, this place isn't too bad. Prices are decent on tires.

He even went out of his way to pick me up and bring me back to my car, which was not something he needed to do. The work was to my satisfaction, which he made sure of before I left.
