I was on my way to camp at Julian Price when I stopped at the McDowell rest area. My brake light…read moreswitch went out and I could not get my camper out of park. I called O'Reilly's and asked if they had the part. A gentleman said they did. I explained that I had no way to get there and he offered to send it out. I told him I was at the I-40 West bound but I was at I was at I-40 East bound. The young man he sent with the part did not give up and found me. I believe his name was Jason. He put on the new part but couldn't get it to work. He then bypassed the switch and got it out of park. He recommended going into Marion and check with Derrick Muffler, which I did. I just want to say that this is the best customer service I have ever had at an auto parts store, or any store. They were so nice, I wish I lived in Marion.

I stopped in to buy lug studs for my grand Cherokee. They did not have any in stock that night but…read moretold me they would be there in the morning. I showed up in the morning and they were not there. So they told me they would order them again and I could pick them up at 6 PM so I showed up at 6 PM and nobody knew what I was talking about and they couldn't find it. Then they told me they would be there the next morning, Well I showed up again that morning and they could not find them again. After that they told me to try back at 5:30 to 6 PM and they should be there. Well I showed back up again and no parts. Again they said they would be on the truck the next morning but guess what they were not, after that they said try again at 6 o'clock and again no parts. It's been three days to get lug studs for my grand Grand Cherokee and after placing two different orders for the same parts I still do not have either order. I do not recommend this part store, after three days. No one seems to care or want to take initiative and I am out of town with a car that won't move. My only hope is that corporate will make this right somehow. Good luck if you stop by there.

I said I would never come back to this dealership after a bad experience a year ago…read more But I decided I would try them one more time. I can't say enough good about them. Matt was the service advisor. He got me in right away. They diagnosed the problem immediately and was able to replace the infotainment center right away. They were courtesy and friendly. The repair was done in a timely manner. The cost was reasonable. I have done a 180 and would heartily recommend them on the basis of this visit. I know they have earned my business! THANKS!
