I called earlier today and the lady who answered the phone was great. She put me down for an appointment later in the afternoon, gave me an approximate time of completion, and suggested I go on their website to find coupons. So helpful! We arrived at our scheduled appt time. There were a few other cars in the service area. No one came out to talk to us though so we just sat in the car confused, until I finally got out and found a guy to help us. He directed us where to park our car and who to talk to inside. We ended up dealing with Cheyenne Phelps and she was wonderful! She listened to all our concerns and said she would make sure to address them with the service staff. Once we signed the paperwork with approximate pricing, she directed us to the waiting area. There was a large TV showing the World Cup, multiple chairs, a table set up with a puzzle in progress, and another table set up with chess. They also provide complimentary water, coffee, doughnuts, and cookies. My mum and I appreciated the puzzle--it was fun to work on while waiting! Cheyenne came by a couple times to update us on the progress of service and also to share recs from the service advisor. We ended up spending more money than expected but Cheyenne was so great about finding and applying coupons and discounts for us, which was so helpful. And my mum's car seems great so there are no complaints here!

Our sales person Bobby Gail told us she will order us new set from parts dept. 2 1/2 weeks later I called her to inquire about the manuals. She said she would call me back. She never did so I emailed her and heard nothing back. This car has a lot of options on it I have never experienced before and I need the manuals. We have purchased vehicles from Village Toyota before and everything went smooth. I don't appreciate being lied too. We'll never be back.

Buyer beware at this dealership. Love Honda try's to sell you warranties on your new car whether…read moreyou want them or not. They rush you through the finance process hoping you won't notice the additional warranties on the contract that you probably don't need. We saw these additional charges when we got home and reviewed the loan contract. These additional warranties cost so much extra that increased our loan thousands of dollars. There is a 60 day cancellation window which we took advantage of to reduce our loan. However the refund is applied to your loan principal and does not lower your monthly payment. The finance manager and the dealership manager both tried to talk us out of canceling the warranties. I researched how much the dealership gets for each warranty they sell and in some cases it's 50%.
