Someone fraudulently used my card -- OVER THE PHONE (on the July 4th weekend no less) -- and they took it down and charged $20,000.00 to it without verification of I.D. Yes -- $20K - you read that correctly. When I reported it, they were less than helpful or sympathetic and refused to file a police report on their end. BAD & UNETHICAL SERVICE!! I've filed my own police report -- don't do business here! -- Their website also lists an email that is no longer valid. Someone did return my call the next morning - but not before they called the criminal first and told him that I had canceled the card and transaction - thus allowing him to lie some more -- idiots.

We were driving from upstate NY to MD in the middle of the night and our pretty new, low milage car…read moredecided to start shaking. With two babies in the car we couldn't afford to take the chance and drive 300 more miles in a shaky car. We got a nearby hotel and the next day tried to get our car looked at. We tried the nearest place that just happened to be a Honda dealership and they were brusque and told me that it would take several hours to even take a look at the car. It had been a stressful night (kids decided the hotel room was way cool and did not sleep, 18 mo are crazy little people), and this was just another low. I called around to a few garages and everyone told me the same thing - they couldn't fit me in. I needed to know whether to have my car towed or not!! Finally, thankfully I reached Forty Fort and Lube. Lisa answered the phone and told me they would fit me in. I put on my hazards and drove the 5 miles to their garage granny style. Not only did they take me in earlier than they said they could, they were kind, gracious, and courteous (especially when I unceremoniously burst in to tears of relief at their kindness) They were able to diagnose and fix my car in under an hour, all the while being absolutely lovely company - making small talk when I needed it and letting me be to make the phone calls I needed to. I generally love small businesses compared to big corporations/chains, and this just reinforced my gut instincts. They spent a good amount of time helping with paperwork so that I could apply for state and federal clean vehicle rebates, which I was able to get without any problems thanks to their paperwork. The car was missing rear seat headrests and they promised to order them and ship them to me, I wasn't sure that it would actually happen, but they were good to their word. This was the best experience I've ever had at a used car dealer, and I'll be back when I'm in the market for a used car and will recommend them to friends and family.

Absolutely no clue what they are talking about. Total lack of communication between people who work…read morethere. Called to make an appointment for an inspection, when I brought my bike in they told me they don't do inspections on that day. When I mentioned that I called ahead of time no one seemed to know what I was talking about. Eventually I got the inspection and got new tires put on. After I got the bike back, they told me I might notice a "slight wobble" in my front tire. However, I was informed that I could bring it back and they would fix it if the wobble if it did not go away. Well, it did not and I called them back and they told me to bring it in. Only once I did, they then decided to inform me that because I bought the tire it was my problem and I would need to pay them for a new tire, tube, and installation. Basically implying that the tire I bought was defective and this wouldn't have happened if I bought it through them. It turns out that what actually happened is that they did a horrible job balancing my tire and thought it would be "good enough". Luckily I have a friend that actually knows how work on bikes, unlike these guys, and he was able to fix it for me. Shown below is the tire after I had it fixed. (note the line where they had originally mounted my tire over the lettering).
