If I could give them 0 stars or negative stars, I would. Had to make an appointment and wait 1 1/2 weeks for my SCHEDULED appointment. Dropped my vehicle off for warranty work, tire change and alignment. 2 days after dropping my vehicle off for the SCHEDULED appointment they called and told me to pick up my vehicle because they do not have time to work on my vehicle for any of the SCHEDULED work. You can purchase an $80,000 vehicle from them and have your vehicle serviced there but they don't have time for SCHEDULED work. They are too busy maintaining their fleet vehicles to care about all their other paying customers jobs. The service manager, Mark Soupik, had nothing to offer other than they are "sorry they are too busy to maintain my vehicle". My vehicle is amazing and I plan on keeping this vehicle long term and will be happy to switch ford dealerships to never have to deal with Ray Price Ford Mount Pocono ever again! Buyer beware!! This establishment has very well accessibility from the main road which is very important during snowfall. Just had two cars serviced at the new facility. It is the best level of customer service that I have ever experienced at a garage. Took my Mazda in for a 45,000 service. They recommended some additional things done like air filter and cabin filter. All the done very quickly and efficiently and they explained everything to me in advance. I also at the same time asked them to take a look at my 25-year-old Jeep Cherokee. Just needed an oil change but they checked the whole thing over and found a problem with the transmission fluid and also one of the engine gaskets. They kept the truck for the week did all the work on it. The price was as expected. I dealt with Rob and he was open, honest and very professional; he really put me as the customer first. Very happy to have this great new facility on my doorstep. Will definitely be using them in the future. read more

They had a car advertised on their website, which was apparently given out as a loner before I arrived. The sales manager at the Ford dealer offered me to look at the same vehicle on hand, but this one came with more options. Then I could return the next day if I liked it to see the original car I came to see. I actually loved the model he showed me, but the cost was higher of course. He met me between the two in price. They also gave me a little more than expected on my trade. Then the finance manager found me a loan rate that was 2 percent lower than the going average rate for used vehicles. At the end of the day, I left there with a great deal. Great job gentlemen. Will definitely remember Ray Price Ford when I am in the market again. read more

Drove two hours to inspect a high end vehicle Ray Price took in on trade. Salesman Bryan was very accommodating and forthright with what he knew about the car that wasn't in the dealership's wheelhouse. Got a decent deal on the car that wound up having a minor issue three weeks later. They stood by their word and rectified the issue even though it was an "as is" used car sale. I spoke to the sales staff on both the Ford and Chevrolet side of the house at Mt Pocono during negotiations . Would purchase from them again. read more

Can't believe I have to do this but my husband had a horrible experience today! He was told to drive over an hour away to negotiate a price for them (Ray Price) to buy his 14 GT500. When he arrived they agreed on paper and a HANDSHAKE to a price for the car. A short time later he was told that the offer was pulled back because the GM found things HE didn't like. The issues he had are minor for a 5 yr old car and are mostly due to poor Ford build quality!! My husband then came home and put a review on their website which was removed in less than a hour. They can keep taking these reviews down but we will keep posting more! BUYER BEWARE! Sad part is we have bought 2 vehicles from them before and now will never go back. Took my truck in on Tuesday to leave over night for our appointment on Wednesday morning. Wednesday night rolls around... no phone call. We drive 30 minutes down to the dealership to find out the truck wasn't even touched. Nobody called to tell us. Nobody called to call us down to get us into a rental. When we got there the service guys like uuhh that's closed. NEXT DAY (today) Did not receive one fucking phone call. Nobody picks up the fucking phone. So now that is two fucking days without them calling. I pissed off yesterday. I am fucking livid today. I will never purchase another vehicle there. Jimmy from sales needs to move to a different company so I can buy my next vehicle from him. Worst customer service in the back. I'm from New York traveled to Mt Pocono to buy a vehicle from Ray Price which I did on October 24th they ended up overcharging me on my New York sales tax called and sent emails to get my issues fixed and settled terrible communication no response the temporary registration ended December 22nd the actual registration wasn't even issued until December 27th and I'm just today receiving my plates and permanent registration. I am so done with with their so called quick lane repair service, and will not ever go back there. When I first purchased my tires from them, the next day I drove to Delaware. Front tires were low, so I assumed they did not inflate properly and had to add air. Even with proper air inflation, tires never felt right on front. So, after inflating them they were leaking air. Recently went back as I was filling them every two days, because they went from 33 lbs to about 17 lbs. Charged me 40.00 for two more BAD VALVE STEMS! Although they said come back if you have any problems, I was too busy and did not have the time to deal with their SLOW as hell quick lane service. I stopped at Competition Auto on my way to work, and had new valve stems installed. Not only was I in and out of there including paying my bill in a total of 20 minutes... But my tires have never felt better on my car, as they now float over bumps due to properly inflated non leaking valve stems! Come on now, seriously 4 out of 4 valve stems sold to me by Ray Price Ford Mt Pocono were all leaking? I will be visiting there just one more time for reimbursement for the recently purchased leaking valve stems, and than NEVER AGAIN for tires or any other service. read more

My wife and I stopped in Wednesday 2/12/2020 about 5 pm and wanted to inquire about a new F150 to upgrade from our 2011. We were greeted at the door by an extremely nice salesman, Sidik Amoo. When we told him that we were actually considering ordering a new truck direct from the factory, he whipped out his laptop, we sat down, and he did the best thing he could have done for a customer, HE LISTENED TO EVERYTHING WE SAID!. We told him exactly how we would want the truck equipped, color, and every accessory we desired. He continually asked if we covered everything wanted on the truck, went over the list several times, then discussed the fun stuff, price. We threw two trade ins at him, discussed the price of the new truck, and with the help of Ford sales manager, Anthony (A.J.) Marvelli, ford only the second time for me, signed for a factory ordered truck, to exact specifications. What a wonderful experience, plus the Sidik, A.J. and other members of the staff were so friendly, we ended up laughing as much as negotiating over the new vehicle! I have purchased from Ray Price in the past, and always have my Ford's serviced here, it truly is an all in one dealership. Sidik even made it a point to introduce us to one of the owners, Walter Price, who was a gentleman. ok so my name is Joseph and about three months ago my son bought a car from Ray Price Mount Pocono. Three weeks later i bought a car for my wife. a week after that my daughter in law bought a new car. so quite a bit of money and loyalty to this car dealer right. now i bring my ford f250 pick up truck their for service and now the problems start. To make it short they had my truck for three weeks never expressed to be in a hurry to fix it. After many many excuses finally I get a call saying truck is done. So i pay over the phone $4043.00 and next day go to pick up truck and this is what happen. The mechanic said the brakes feel low but when you need to make a panic stop its ok. He said im a certified chevy tec not ford so i dont know what it should feel like. Well when you pay $120.00 an hour for labor I guess I did not get what I paid for and the no brakes proves it. I mean how do you inspect the vehicle say its ready and know its not right and give to the customer. So to stay objective i paid $4000 to repair the truck, they had it for three weeks, no offer for a loner truck since they could not repair vehicle in a professional and timely manner, and after so many excuses the manager of service department never called me or reached out to me not even once to say they had issues or problems. Its funny my other son has an Audi4 and when he goes to the dealership in easton to drop off his car even for one day they give him a brand new loner, here I go three weeks and nothing. All of their excuses are meaningless because their were solutions to their problems. They said one of their mechanics got hurt. Nobody wants thatn to happen. But Ray Price has many dealerships and after so many weeks he could of at least paid one day of overtime to do my truck or bring a mechanic in from another slow dealership that he owns. So they were very slow to fix the truck, did not care that i had no vehicle, did not make any offers to me and after i paid they never road tested vehicle before giving back to me. I do have a serious question for Mr. Ray Price though. What is the purpose of a service manager? What is he managing? He certainly was not managing my problem or truck. I never even heard of him until i requested to talk to someone in management. I apologize for the length of this review but it was necessary. Mr. Price you have a beautifull facility and it is impressive but it cannot buy you a good review from me. If you knew what I have been put through and still do not have my truck but you have $4000.00 of my money you might then know that something is really wrong here in your management that represent your name. So maybe next year i might get my truck back with brakes who really knows or cares because Ray Price ford does not care. I gave this dealership a one star for the people that might have wanted to help but did not know how. Thank You but after me and my family who bought three vehicles here in a matter of eight weeks plus spending $4000.00 in repairs its somebody elses turn to turn the other cheek. read more

When an employee goes above and beyond their duties they should be commended! Rich at the Ford/Suzuki Service department was outstanding. The service department was unable to help me replace my blown tire. They could have sent me on my way...but Rich called a few sources and found my tire. He made sure they stayed open while I drove there...then gave me the backroad directions because he didn't want me driving on the highway with my spare. After a funeral in the morning, the harrowing experience of blowing a tire and the frustration of a towing company that never arrived---Rich saved my day....thanks. read more
