Guy on phone said to be there at 5 I arrived at 5 and told the guy at the front desk I had an appointment. He had no record of my call & went to check with the manager. Turns out the manager made the appointment for me but the guy at the front desk wouldn't honor the appointment because inspection takes 1 hour. I was there at 5 and they close at 6. The manager is weak for letting his underling dictate what can be done at this location. Plus the manager didn't even have the decency to come out to talk to me but had his desk guy come back and say he had to explain the 5:00 rule to the boss. Hey front desk guy, a little advice. When you're telling someone you won't honor an appointment time, and it's your fault, don't keep a s**t eating grin on your face. It's creepy.

It doesn't matter what brand vehicle you purchase... All of the service departments are horrible to deal with. Today we go for an oil change. There are no cars waiting or in the bay. There are 25 minutes before they close and it never takes close to 25 minutes for my oil change. They close at 6pm. We're told there's not enough time and they can't do it. We get back home (to Wyoming not right in WB) before 6pm. And there wasn't enough time? If closing is going to be at 5:30pm then state that on your site and on Google instead of having closing time at 6pm. Or find employees who actually want to work. Just another reason we won't be going back to Motorworld. After seeing the kind of customer service and excellent employees that Blaise Alexander Hazelton has to offer we know what we shouldn't deal with. They saw me immediately for a dashboard light issue when Motorworld said it would be months before they could schedule me. And this is after myself and my family have purchased a total of 6 new vehicles from them over the years. They don't care and never will. They cited streaks which they were not able to show, and told me if I left to replace it I would have to get a whole new inspection, essentially charging me for two inspections unless I payed for the parts they wanted to sell me. I took the car immediately to the Ford Dealership, which found no issues with it and had no problem passing my inspection as is. The car is brand new, with only 3,000 miles on it, most of which were put on at the dealership which replaced the wipers and everything before I drove it off the lots. I heard them tell at least two other people that they also needed new wipers on their inspections which further makes me suspicious that it is just their current parts selling scam. I intended to file a complaint with the state inspection agency so that this type of thing does not keep happening to people. I have been using Jiffy Lube for a long time, and while I was not going to need to come in as frequently as I just got a new electric car, I certainly had been recommending it to all my friends. They have lost a life long advocate and customer from this experience.
