We asked them to check certain things while the vehicles were being serviced and they failed to remember to do so both times.. this last time we brought our vehicle in they put everything back together on the engine and forgot to replace some seals near the intake. Our engine was leaking gas. It cost us $600 to have corrected at another shop. The other complaint I have is that when you call in to check on your vehicle they act put out. They give the impression they can't be bothered. I highly recommend if you live in the Marion Indiana area to find a better mechanic or drive to another town. This place is bad news.

Errors can happen anywhere and errors are rare here. If I need something they don't have they are prompt about getting it. From a personal perspective, I'm usually working on something custom that can't just be looked up on the computer. Cade, the manager, expressed what I assumed was professional sympathy and courtesy as he informed me that a patch was not possible, like "putting a band aid on an elbow". There were not but he said he could find a replacement and I went across the street for breakfast. When I returned to pick up my car I was astonished to discover a zero balance. I have received very fast and attentive service both times while coming here, my initial trip I was given a quote of $130 dollars and that's a GREAT deal compared to what I had been told by other mechanics. I cant believe that while I grew up only one street away, I've never thought of bringing my car here previously! I've received nothing but super friendly service at a great price!
