All I had was a custom exhaust to put onto my car (and it is a bolt on kit so not terribly complicated) but I wanted a shop to do it for me since I don't have the hardware to complete. Set up a time to come in and get it done...took about 45 minutes in total. They were very diligent about getting the exhaust tips straight. I later came back because they were on opposite sides...we reviewed some pictures online of stock installs and they just reversed them. My exhaust sounds really solid now and was happy with the cost. The shop is pretty spartan (ripped up couch, tube TV, bathroom that doubles as a storage closet, etc), so if you are expecting the big corporate experience with 800 numbers and other ego stroking items, then forget it. These are guys who like to work on cars and bikes. I was satisfied with the work and would come back here again.
