They finished Thursday, and to my surprise, the charge was only $125. I've washed my car three times since, and I genuinely cannot see where the damage was. They did a fantastic job. If I ever need wheel repair again, I'm going straight back to them. Minor drawbacks: Their 9-5 M-F hours are inconvenient for dropping off a car, and communication about progress could be better. That said, the quality of work more than makes up for it.

The turn around time was great they completed the job in less than 24 hours however my TPMS sensors were not reset...I returned to have them reset only to be told that 1 of the 4 sensors had died and needed to be replaced, I went and purchased a new sensor the same day Fort Wayne Wheel Repair insisted that they put it on in an attempt to preserve the fresh paint on my rims from the cosmetic repairs...they put the sensor on but still failed to reset the TPMS sensors the tech came out and said "we can't do it here are your keys"...I went to another local rim shop and they reset the sensors within 5 mins. Only to find that 2 of my rivets were missing from the same tire that the sensor had to be replaced on I called Fort Wayne Wheel Repair to make them aware and was told that someone will follow up with me on Monday it was Thursday...Monday came and the owner Derrick called as promised but basically told me that there isn't anything that he could do and that I can GLUE some rivets on myself because they are plastic!!!! There is NOTHING plastic on my $2700.00 rims that I had just spent $380 with them to have cosmetic work done...I felt very discarded and was made to feel like I don't know what I have invested my money/interest in. I had to call out to California to have 2 METAL rivets shipped to me and I replaced them myself...I will not trust my car with this company EVER AGAIN due to lack of consideration/professionalism/expertise. Not to mention they still managed to chip paint off the freshly repaired rim and my car was dirty when I picked it up a quick car wash/wipe down would be nice...when someone is spending money to enhance their car its because they care about the way it look so to have a company mishandle it and return it in worse condition than it started in is terrible!

They had the car on a Friday, I dropped it off on Thursday evening. They never contacted me that it was complete so since they close at 4pm on Friday I showed up. The car was not finished, but they did not ask to keep it an additional day. They just set it outside, took the money and considered their work done. Upon closer inspection between the seats and console it had not even been vacuumed. That's distressing since the carpet was "shampooed"...so now we shampoo over debris and dirt? The interior surfaces were no more than wiped with something like an Armor-All product. The wax job, a week later doesn't even bead up water. I wouldn't have written a review, I would just never go back but yesterday I was packing for a trip and looked under the back seat and found debris, hair, and dog biscuits. Full disclosure, I bought the car used and have not had a dog in this car. This is a lesson learned, never again. They had offered me a 10% discount to do my second car...uh, no thanks. Another $200 for a job that I can complete at a self serve carwash. I'm good. I advise you, check everything, I did not. I trusted them to be honest, respectable and professional after reading reviews. They were none of this. I hesitate to post this review as I don't want to hear from them and I simply don't trust them to do it any better if they offered. Buyer beware. The tow truck company that was hired by State Farm (Pages Diesel) could not find the address to where the car was being towed to (even after I sent him a picture of the building, as well as the google location) and was very rude the 4 times he called me. I can tell that customer service is not their top priority. I will make sure and let State Farm know of their actions.
