Insurance estimated a $2400 fix from pics I sent. Took my damaged car to The amazing folks at Whitings Collision Center in Maynard, MA. Their expert analysis found another $10k mechanical damage. Whiting called in my adjuster, got all the addtional damage approved, and completed all work in 3 weeks. Beautiful work done by Whitings. Car is better than it was before the crash. A MassDOT driver stopped to check on me and gave me Thomas' number from ADR Towing, saying he'd take good care of me. Thomas showed up quickly, was friendly, and genuinely concerned about my situation. He even looked under the hood and found the issue right away. Unfortunately, it couldn't be fixed on the spot, so he towed me to Eastside Classics (reviewed them as well), where he keeps his equipment. They got right to work on my car and had me back on the road within an hour. What really stood out was that Thomas went above and beyond--he could have just towed me, taken payment, and left it at that. Instead, he made sure I got real help, which saved me from scrambling for a rental the next morning. If you ever need a tow, I can't recommend Thomas and ADR Towing enough.
