John went well above the call of duty, and did it with warmth, professionalism and a huge smile. I came for "just" a quart of grease, but I will surely come back. Very kind people here…read more I came in with a naive thought about car battery price. They kindly explained that average market price is now higher and offered to match the online prices elsewhere. (Most places would have scorned at my ignorance by now.) Then I asked if I can borrow their tools to change the battery out in the parking lot, and they lent me the tools. After struggling with a heavy battery and rusty screws in the parking lot for 30min (I'm really inept with mechanical stuff), one of the guys ran out to check on me as it usually took only 5 min. He helped me (even when he didn't have to) with the screws and even carried the battery for me. Even though it's a auto parts retail store, the service they provide is amazing. I will not hesitate to go back to this store even without a discount. Note - the store is in the back so you can't see it from the street.

This Napa store location was previously a CarQuest auto supply business. I was unable to locate a…read moretool for cleaning my car after searching several auto supply businesses, Wal-Mart and Target. I checked online and found it at several websites, but shipping costs were required. I decided to check Napa website and was able to reserve the tool online, and picked it up a couple hours later. While at the store I found other items as well. Next time I need auto supplies, I shop Napa in Marlborough first.

I did not get his name unfortunately. A couple of the guys were helping others . This young man immediately checked if I was being helped .. He was friendly polite and knowledgeable He even took the time to come outside and put my windshield wipers on for me which wasn't very easy from the looks of it .. Although they couldn't help me they were beyond helpful! I went there because my son's headlights…read moreblew. The gentleman who assisted me went out to the car and checked the fuse which was fine. He looked up the bulb I needed and informed me that they do install bulbs but not HID bulbs. I was impressed by the amount of time he spent helping us. He even called their sister store to see if they'd install it but they couldn't. I bought the bulbs on Amazon for a much better price and now have to go to my mechanic.

8/28/2025, just after 9am…read more Just because a corporation offers a free public service like battery testing, doesn't mean it's going to be an easy thing, or available all the time. Yet when I stepped inside this Hudson, MA Autozone location, I was greeted by a young man, Christopher. When I asked if anyone had time to do a battery health check, he instantly said, "Yes, I can do that right now for you." No boo-boo face, no looking around, no bad body language whatsoever. Within 5 minutes, Christopher had tested my battery, alternator, and starter. All were good. There are many people working in customer service who obviously take no pleasure in helping others. This Autozone employee is the opposite, and the Hudson store and the corporation are lucky to have Christopher as a representative.
