Right away the clerk was on my ass. I couldn't believe what he was saying to me. I told him to calm down. he continued about me ordering the wrong part, I told him he was being disrespectful to customers. He said I was a disrespectful customer and was being totally rude to him and was going to through me out of the store. O my god. This guy should not be in any customer service job. what a idiot.

been going to this store since 2008. no problems, cooperative, would look at my vehicle to see…read moreneeded part. get that part off shelf and install at no charge. i always offered a tip for the installations but they always politely refused. these items were 2 batteries, 3 air filters, tail light bulb, multiple windshield wipers . they also offered ( i did not ask ) and the manager approved the installation of a cold air intake. this took an hour to install. i insisted he take a tip but he refused and accepted my thanks. NOW today i go in for the same air filter i had bought a couple of years before and ask them to install it. the says " we don't touch vehicles except for wiper blades ". i say " you have done it before ". the manager overheard the conversation comes out and rudely demands to know if installation occurred at "THIS store ". i said yes and listed the previous installations. he contemptuously replied " they just wanted a tip " . then walked away. so i asked the clerk to get me the air filter i needed . he would not look at the one under the hood. he just pointed at them on the shelf and left. i bought one, compared it to the one under the hood , too small. immediately returned the new one. still no offer of assistance. i am NOT going back until the manager and staff rotate out. 18 years of good customer service flushed down the toilet in 10 minutes.
