They fixed it right there. There was a service light on. It was the driver's side seatbelt buckle. They told us what it was, told us how to fix it and gave us a portion of the money to pay for the part. When we did, they were right and it was an easy fix. The only things we have found since were 1. the front brakes needed changed and 2. the front caliber pistons were completely destroyed after a supposed inspection in April. So far it runs great though. No problems with the engine or otherwise. I would definitely go back for another vehicle from them. Thanks again guys!

I live in NJ, so driving three hours to see the car was a big commitment. Before going, I noticed in the photos that the front bumper had a lot of scrapes and scratches. Mike assured me in writing that the bumper would be sanded and repainted. When I got there, the car itself was great -- but the bumper clearly wasn't redone. It looked like they just spot‑painted a few areas and you could see the paint drip marks from how poorly the job was done. When I tried to bring this up, Mike was incredibly dismissive. He wouldn't even sit down with me, spoke down to me while I was seated, and gave me maybe four minutes of his time. Meanwhile, he had all the time in the world for the older couple sitting at the table next to me and even went outside to go look at a vehicle with them. Any time I tried to explain my reasoning or talk about the condition of the car, he cut me off and dismissed it as "this is what it is". After driving three hours, being treated like I was an inconvenience instead of a customer was honestly shocking. Buying a car should be exciting, not something that makes you feel small. I ended up buying a 2024 GTI in Ohio instead. It was more expensive, but the experience there was night and day. They treated me like a human being, and that alone made it worth the extra cost. Sutliff Volkswagen didn't lose my business over price -- they lost it over how they chose to treat me.

The inspection was just completed 4/26. I was there today for an oil change and sticker reissue. PA Law says they can only charge for the sticker plus a $2 fee, for a total of $12-16. They charged me labor, and the cost was $28 to put a sticker on my windshield. I questioned the service clerk, whose response was "they don't work for free." I will not be returning.

Buckle up. I purchased my CPO Macan S in August of 2024 from Porsche Mechanicsburg. It started…read moremaking ticking noises in early 2025. I took it to this dealership numerous times and numerous times they told me there was nothing wrong with the car, even after I asked them to investigate oil consumption issues and bore score. The car needed a new transmission in May of 2025. I asked them to dive into the oil consumption issue while the engine was out for the transmission replacement. They did not. Instead they sent me back a car that had next to no oil in it and the low oil warning was on. The car was listened to by other mechanics who said "yes this car has a serious problem." Porsche Mechanicsburg replied with "our gold level mechanics have listened to your car and they don't hear anything wrong." After the new transmission they put in my car started leaking in October of 2025 I took the car to another dealer who fixed that, and immediately recognized a serious issue with the car. The car had bore score in multiple cylinders and and there was metal debris everywhere. The car needed a full engine replacement, both turbo chargers replaced, and parts of the exhaust manifold replaced. The documentation showed that metal was all over the oil when they pulled the filter and the oil filter had metal everywhere. Porsche Mechanicsburg performed an oil change on the car just a few months prior to the engine replacement, and they noted absolutely nothing. This dealership either chose to gaslight me for almost a year, or is clueless to one of the most documented issues with Porsche cars. Either way, I'd say you should go elsewhere.

I mean... what more could I ask for?!!! These down-to-earth employees treat you with the respect you deserve and believe me... I'm not one who looks like I know what I'm doing (cuz half the time I'm don't lol)! But they were humble and kind and made me feel important. I absolutely adore these people!! May they always keep their charm and tbh these guys deserve more recognition! And for how much (little) I paid for everything I even tried to give them a tip and one of the gentlemen behind the desk says, "honey, we don't need it. Spend it on something more important." I encountered a mean, rude salesperson and had to request a supervisor, and the car was initially dusty with dog hair on the dash. Although detailed before delivery, a persistent pet odor remained--something a CPO vehicle should have properly treated. I hope future buyers get paired with a much more decent sales representative.

They had two guys show up at my house with paperwork, a check, one guy drove my car back to their dealership. It's a class act dealership, and I'll consider driving out there to buy a new vehicle next time I need one. I like dealing with good people. Things I wish I knew. I had a loan with Honda on the vehicle that they paid off directly and just under a $1000 over that they wrote me a check from their dealership for. Both cleared :) . I sold them the vehicle on 9/8/2026, my outstanding balance at Honda was just cancelled this morning, 9/17/2026. The physical check cleared the next day. They have you sign quite a few documents, two of which were power of attorney documents specifically regarding the vehicle. It gives the dealership the right to act as you, so they can sell the vehicle before they have the physical title. After a quick ChatGPT search, it turns out this is normal in PA, but my heart skipped few beats when I saw it, so I'm hoping to save you some heartache. I hope this helps!
