Service department is well run and the mechanics know what they are doing. Shop rates are less than other dealers.

Do you guys fix electric scooters?

Sorry Aadarsha, we do not work on Electric Scooters. If we knew of someone to refer you to, we would. Currently, we don't know of anyone in the area that does. Try searching the brand you have and contact the manufacturer for ideas on where to take… Read more

As I'm sitting here drinking my coffee getting ready to go to church. I'm pondering the motorcycle…read moreriding of this season It dawned on me that for the last 3/4 of the summer I never once been aware of discomfort in my helmet. My wife and I have been riding for 30+ years. We have always chosen helmets because we liked the design or that they matched my bike.(or they were cheap , Mennonite , what can I say ) Fitting consisted of picking one out that's slid easily on to our heads I have had several Arai helmets previously ,but contrary to the advice of Rob Miller at The Service Pavilion I always choose them for looks first and then tried to make them fit by changing pads, and spooning foam, etc. Spring of 2017 I finally gave in and agreed to begin helmets selection with fitting. My wife was fairly easy and wound up with a size smaller than what we would've normally purchased for her but very comfortable and not loose. I was a bit more difficult , and had some discomfort in the four head after the first fitting The discomfort was slight and would only manifest itself after riding for half an hour or more. I'm bald so it's easy to identify pressure points after taking helmet off from an extended wear Rob was patient and actually more determined than I was that we would get the perfect fit. After a couple attempts trying different pads etc. to fit my not quite oval not quite round not quite small not quite medium head we finally reached the perfect fit. I have never had a helmet that I could wear all day and not be pushing up with my shoulders,or adjusting somehow to relieve a pressure.point . I can truly ride all day without thinking about my helmet. It's an amazing experience. Thank you Rob for your extra effort in making my riding safe and comfortable As an extra bonus we managed to get uniquely matching helmets they look great with my red bike Service is definitely the keyword at The Service Pavilion Thank you Sam Beiler. It was strange. I bought a Slingshot there a year ago and the sales experience was average. I…read morewanted to bring it in for inspection and recall work and the person they sent the phone too was not forthcoming. It was an awkward conversation of me asking questions, a Slingshot is unchartered territory for me, and the mechanic being very uninviting to answer. Ultimately the recall information was worthless, and my money is on never getting a call about parts arriving. Just based on the guys willingness to answer questions. The inspection and recall work will not take place the same day. This is terrible since no one wants to drive in there twice for no reason. As it turns out, and maybe it's not their fault, but they apparently have a major backup of recall work and no parts for it in stock... Again, according to Mr. No Communication on the phone. I scheduled my inspection and the most the guy said was, I hope it doesn't rain that day. I guess his poor way of saying, we don't like to schedule things ahead. Of course I didn't know that until I arrived in person. When I arrived it was raining and he told me they can't inspect on a rainy day. Of course, any fail would be "discretionary" but rain won't be because it gets Mr. No Communication out of work and human interaction. I understand you can't inspect when it rains. But what can you do? We've found the problem, so what is the solution? It's simple. Be a jerk! Mr. No Communication says, who'd you talk to on the phone, and I know it was probably him, but I say, whoever answered the phone, because he doesn't exactly introduce himself. I asked, what can I do about rescheduling? He says, we don't schedule appointments, you just come in. What?!?! I say, I scheduled for today. He looks at a book and says, there's nothing for today. Wait! You just said you don't schedule and now there's nothing for today? Which is it?! I don't think I'll be going back here unless I have no other choice. I work around electricians, plumbers, contractors and some of these industries are known for arrogance, but I've never dealt with one who deals with people like their lead service man. He's a total jerk, not just on the phone but in person too.

Most of the folks who work there are very nice, especially the young man who works at the service counter. The folks on the sales floor are nice, too, and seem very knowledgeable about the products they sell. The service department, however, is what prompted me to write this review and it is mixed. I called to inquire about having warranty work done and the answers I was getting didn't make a lot of sense to me. Anyhow, I brought the bike in and the service manager, Reggie, seemed, well, disinterested and vacant. He never greeted me and kept staring into his computer monitor while talking to me. He also wasn't great about calling me back and it seemed like whenever I spoke with him, it was a bother -- like he had better things to do than to talk to me. In the end, however, the work was done, correctly, under warranty, and the bike returned to me without issue. I will probably return for service but I have a vaguely uneasy feeling about Reggie. Maybe I kept reaching him on off-days, but when you're in the service business, I think you should have a more customer-oriented attitude: acknowledge customers, make eye contact, listen to their needs and call them back in a timely fashion.

The first time I used Freedom Cycle, was for the 1994 low rider. I recently took the bike to another shop, thou they did what they said they would do something still wasn't right . So I decided to try Freedom Cycle I,m so glad I did . Frank and Kathy step up to the plate took my bike right in fixed the under line issue ,very fair pricing and great customer service. (Here the thing ), my bike sat for almost two months when I noticed a gas smell in the garage, no visual gas just a strong odder. I called Freedom Cycle , Kathy promptly set up appointment , I brought the bike in and Frank fix the issue for Pennies . "No ONE DOSE THAT" They make sure they go over your bike and it's road worthy. The second time I brought my 2006 Fat Boy , everything on this bike was original, Yes even the battery. Freedom Cycle , was going to put new tires change out my fluids and Yes put a new battery. Funny thing is when I went to start the bike to bring it over the battery was dead wouldn't take a jump, I called Kathy, told her my dilemma she said no problem she had a battery waiting for me. These folks are the friendliest, most eager-to-help people around (but not annoyingly so... you won't get the uncomfortable hard sell). They have a decent sized inventory, but if they don't have what you need on hand, they'll order it for you ASAP. They've got a good selection of leathers, helmets, goggles, clothes and also plenty of bike accessories. If you're a bar-brawlin', ride-all-winter, ZZ-Top-bearded biker gang member or a dentist who only rides 20 miles a weekend, you'll be comfy here. They also have a full-service Harley-only garage on site. Honestly, I like this place better than Mike's Famous. Better vibe, infinitely smaller, and it feels good to support the little guy. Give 'em your business, you'll be glad you did.
