Top it off all the questions I had Jennifer and another front desk female from their service department, clueless. I can only speak highly of customer service recieved from the other two dealerships. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for everyone at Mission Mazda. I reached out to US Mazda for protocols when addressing service plans as well as other Mazda dealers. Protocol is to check to see if customer holds plan before proceeding with service. In past I have not had to tell service department whether I hold a plan or not (this includes dealership where I did not purchase car) I go in, get invoice with balance of $0.00. Whether the associate's follow protocol, go extra mile, and due-diligence I always feel taken care of and appreciated as customer. I currently hold a plan and was given a bill at Mission Mazda. I told Stephanie, "I have gold plan I shouldn't have a balance?" She asked if I had told her co-worker who checked me in. I said," No, it should be in system if you typed in VIN." Stephanie seemed very bothered by the fact I didn't relay this. Stephanie would have to make a call to correct error. Even though she tried to use a lovely tone, I could tell it was a hassle. Before I signed paper work she made sure to tell me again that I need to let them know I have plan beforehand. In other words don't make me do extra work. I told her no worries I won't be using Mission Mazda for service anymore I'm just visiting. The only reason I gave Mission Mazada a 2 star is because of the behind scene workers who serviced my car and the co-worker(wish I got her name) who checked me in were pleasant.

I appreciate their willingness to make it right. ***original post below**I usually brought my Silverado here, & since my Camry needed work, I brought it here instead of the dealership.My original complaint (and still current complaint) was the front end was wobbly upon braking & at 60 MPH. Also needed oil change. 1st visit: original complaint above and their recommendations were: Alignment $89.99; Brake fluid flush $76.90; Radiator plus hoses $406.49; engine air filter $32.96; cabin filter $43.94; valve cover & gasket $98.87; rear brake pads $85; resurface rear rotors $59; PCV valve $32.96 total after labor, taxes & hazmat $1761.71 and the thing still wobbles. 2nd visit for same problem: Front brakes $85; resurface front rotors $59; total after labor, taxes, & hazmat $250.88 ***Come to find out, they only test drove it on the street, & NOT on the highway like I stated in the original problem*** 3rd visit for same problem: NOW they test drive with me in the car, and see what I'm talking about. Now they tell me that ALL the rims are bent. Quote me $772.96 for new rims. Not doing it. I have been completely and utterly robbed of my ability to choose repairs needed for my situation. Family has 2 vehicles. I drive my son to & from school 13 miles one way everyday. Because they did not listen to me & test the car on the highway originally, I am going to have $200 more in gas costs a month since I will have to drive my truck & not the car. If they did it right the first time, I could have decided to wait on all the extra repairs above & beyond what my main issue was. Now, I don't have that option.

Today after being overcharged for the work they did ( lack of a better term) we got the jeep back. They left the washer fluid tank out, they didn't put the dashboard back on! AND... the horn, lights, and signals don't work now!
