Dee was the nicest dude and helped us the majority of the time and Pat was running around helping out as well. They ended up giving us a sweet military discount which helped the pocketbook. They also offer offer full service auto care but you'll have to get out of your vehicle for that. Our whole oil change took less than 10 minutes just like they promised. I wish I was still in the area because I would be coming back here for all of my future auto needs.

Please do not think an $89 oil change means an $89 oil change.... what it really means is that:…read more1) You get 5 qts of oil but if your car needs 7 they put that in (no notification) and that oil is about $20 a quart. 2) An oil filter which is not mentioned and happens to be $36 is added but not mentioned - (no notification) 3) You are supposed to get a "22 point inspection" (which is supposed to include tire pressure check - I asked to be sure that was included, I was told yes. I was about to drive out and I asked again.... they had not check that! ("Lumpa Ompa that was one of my service people (the one I originally verified this with) - "OOPS, I forgot!" How do you check the box if you never performed the action? 4) Receipt said "customer ok'd" the windshield wipers - they never looked at them and never asked me about them, let alone did I OK. (no explanation for this one) 5) Oil filter was included..... unless it was not.... mine was on the "Not List" so that was an extra $22 (no notification) Thankfully, I had the money because I was absolutely not expecting an invoice nearly double of my expectation.

Dropped in to get my battery and alternator tested because a couple of days ago my Honda Accord…read moredidn't start without help. I waited for about 20 minutes because Erika was the only person in the store. Another employee was helping a customer with the same request outside, a battery test. And another employee left early, I heard him tell Erika he had to leave an hour early to take care of some things. Normally, I would've cut out and went to auto store but Erika was holding it down. The employee outside was not quite comfortable with the battery test so he came inside and Erika went outside to complete the check and to make sure everything went well. She asked me to walk outside with her as she wrapped up with the previous customer. Before I we outside, I asked the other employee if he was comfortable running the battery/ alternator test on my car and he said "I am not". No worries, Erika to the rescue. She performed the check, gave me the report and also gave me options to replace my battery, which had a bad cell. She answered my questions, waited on customers and greeted customers as they walked in. AutoZone at Moffett is what it is because of Queen Erika. Her stellar, customer service and work ethic are outstanding. (-1 star because the other employee didn't have a clue) Girl, I'll see you soon for that battery, it was a great price after all.
