From the moment I called until I picked up my car, I had a great experience with Gerard's. I initially spoke with Frank and then Brian took care of me throughout the process. You can tell that they value their work even down to the waiting area inside the shop. There were freshly baked cookies and everything was very neat and clean. I asked what the purpose of waiting, they laughed and worked on the other car. They actually come out and drove the other car in ahead of me. Total POS. Never again!
