We were visiting family in town and needed an oil change service. This shop was recommended by…read morefamily. At first they were nice. Overpriced, but nice. When picking up the vehicle my husband noticed oil sprayed all over the top of engine. When questioned about it, he got eye rolls, a lazy wipe down of the oil, and an extremely bad attitude for pointing it out. The owner was horribly rude. When he drove away and looked closer, they had put the skid plate back on wrong and broke bolts. The oil was burning off the top of engine. They also spilled oil on a belt which then started making noise. When husband called back to talk to owner, he put him on speaker phone and owner proceeded to curse at my husband saying that he was "hopped up on something and fire was coming out of his ass". Owner hung up the phone on us. We had to go wash down engine compartment, and fix the skid plate. I realize we drove into town with California plates, which we dont even live in, but if this is southern hospitality, NO THANK YOU! Lots of our family lives in this town and are well known, so maybe we need to spread the word about how incredibly rude the owner is. Please avoid this place, I guess especially if you're from out of town. And as a business/ former shop owner, we would never treat any customer that way no matter how right you think you may be as an owner. With an attitude like that, dont expect to be in business very long.

They actually drained the transmission fluid instead of the engine oil. The transmission is still on backorder, so because of their inability to do a simple oil change, we have been without our truck for two months! They said that we could get a rental, but that we would have to pay for it ourselves and they would reimburse us after the claim was closed. So we would have to be out thousands for a rental - and then trust them to reimburse us. If you need a new transmission, this would be the place to go.

We took my husband's truck for an alignment and a variety of other services totaling over $1700. Within 500 miles, he had to buy new front end tires (another $600) due to the miscalculation of the alignment. We just bought these tires brand new on March 30th of this year. He also had to pay a different shop to do another, proper alignment, and we've had no issues with the truck since. When he called to tell Turner Tire about it, the woman who answered was very nice and told him to bring the truck in along with the paperwork from the shop that did the second alignment. He did that today and again, she was very nice. However, a man came out to speak with him and basically said too bad. It's the other shop's word against his and he won't do anything about it. So don't go here unless you like wasting money on services and want to buy new tires right after having an alignment. $700 down the drain is an expensive lesson for average people like us.

They left my filter loose and so I lost all my oil and was driving without a sufficient amount in my engine for a week. I took my car in this morning and they got me in first thing and assessed my car. Found the problem and put oil in it in under 15 min--I went to pay and they told me not to worry about it.
