Gabe and Fred allowed my cat and hamster to sit in the back room (in their cages) so they weren't out in the heat. On top of that they lent us every tool we needed to be able to switch the parts outs. It took us almost 5 hours and they were soo patient. They even offered to let me bring my dog inside for a minute to cool off. Just one more reason why I use Advance!
