Sean, the owner, is a "keeping it real" kind a guy. He asks how he can help you, analyzes your vehicle and creates a plan to give you what you want. No overselling. This was my 3rd trip for services over an eighteen month span. After finding out that I drove 90 minutes to his shop, he asked me why? So I mentioned that a year ago after wanting ceramic tints on my new car, I had stopped by and he had refused to use the tail end of the ceramic tint roll on my vehicle. He had mentioned that in his past experiences a tint job wouldn't come out as nice as if a fresh new roll was used. He recommended that I wait for the new fresh roll arriving the next day. I was frustrated about making another 3 hour roundtrip. I was very pleased and impressed that Sean took such great pride in his work. I did return the next day and the tint job was awesome. This time I brought a newly purchased truck for removal of poor quality tint that came with the vehicle in exchange for ceramic tints. The tint job came out beautiful. Also, I wanted a radio system upgrade from OEM stereo. Sean asked me what kind of sound I was after and he reviewed the current system. He insisted that I keep the original head (see no upsell) and just upgrade all the speakers and add an amplifier. The system sounds great. Sean mentioned that he can always adjust and improve the sound by adding a subwoofer and a larger amplifier in the future. My wifes car was weak on the bass so we went to them to see what could be done. The owner said he could get very good bass definition in the car. He said a new radio would also be required After an obscene quote of $3000 I said go ahead as it was my wifes car and I wanted her to be happy . When it was time to pick up the car, we went over found it open and turned it on. The owner drove in screaming that he did not aloow anyone to get into their cars until he said it was ok. I said no one was here and the car was unlocked. He wouldn't let go or apologize despite he had obviously leftthe car unlocked when no one was at his store The sound was better but not great. Its been back twice since and he told my wife he never promised good bass definition. It was alot of money, as much as I paid for my own car, and if it had been great I would have been okay with it. I came in November to get my driver side speakers repaired last year, everything was fine, speakers was great. I was told my passenger side would need to be repaired soon. I go today and try to explain what I need done. The owner basically blew me off and said he doesn't recall anything. Refused to even work on my car regardless if he remembered of not, I was a customer that would have liked to have her speakers repaired, like the website says they do. He obviously doesn't know that customer service is the #1 importance in any business, especially the type of business this is. Do yourself a favor, the work they do here is a dime a dozen. Go to another place for any of your tinting, sound or any type of custom needs. Save yourself a headache with dealing with Sean. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I took a remote car starter over to the man for my son in law who is currently serving his country overseas and he quoted a price of $125 to install. An appointment was setup for the installation and my daughter met me at this place which by the way reeks of cigarettes and we left the car with him and went and had coffee. Before we could finish our coffee his secretary called and advised me that the kit was missing a part and he couldn't finish the install. We went back over and was told he installed part of the kit but needed the rest of it to finish it and was charged $85 dollars. This was not true because it was bought as a complete kit. We were then quoted a price of $599 to finish the installation. We called another business and was advised that what he told us was not the case and they could do the installation no problem. So the moral of the story is that if this guy is willing to screw over a veteran currently serving his country I'm sure he's willing to screw over anyone ! read more

terrible customer service/work ethic here. i came in last week with a headlight out and the sweet woman ordered me a new one to be there the next day, took our 80$ deposit and made an appointment with them for the next day i had off. called to confirm the next day delivery but the owner said it had been delayed via the shippers. came in on appointed day to have headlight fixed and the staff had no idea what i was talking about or where the part needed was. they were more concerned with eating their pizza than helping me, a paying customer. then when questioned about why the owner (Shaun) had said it was ordered, he threw his hands up in the air and passive aggressively said "well it's not here, so i don't know what you want me to do" i asked to have another order and he came out to check on the car. upon glancing at it, still with the slice of greasy pineapple and ham pizza in his gullet, he spat out the claim that he couldn't do it, (with likely a chunk or two of the horrible pizza combination at me) and his response of "nah". mind you, he wasn't talking to me, he refused to, he only spoke to his cohort. he then told his lackey to give me back my refund and upon asking where else i could get it done he said "i dunno, fort myers or something" and resumed shoveling cheese covered unnaturalness down his throat. the only redeeming quality of this entirely unprofessional scam shop was his readiness to give me back my deposit and get me out of his hair (or lack thereof). never again will i return to "audioworkz kustomz" unless i want to pay and wait to have them either never order the part or lose it when it gets there. read more
