He told me that that wasn't necessary, as they'd give me a loaner while my car was in the shop. That floored me. In my 20 years of driving, I've never been offered a loaner to drive while my car was being repaired. Even though they were booked solid, the repairs were handled in a timely fashion, and at a reasonable price. I feel like they were square with me, and treated me fairly. I highly recommended.
