Bubba, her tow truck driver, went out of his way to help her. From guiding her through filing a claim with her insurance and dealing with UHauls lack of customer service to knocking off a good chunk of the total bill, to giving her some good advice on how to handle this unfortunate setback. Spoke to the brilliant Ms Tiffany who was very kind and willing to assist. I pulled up and Cody and Gabe, got the socket and lug nuts extracted with in 30 minutes with no BS, felt like a couple big bros helping me out. Decided to buy some new tires from them, Tiffany gave me an immediate quote, called in for the tires and they got me in and out. Shout to the gentleman with the glasses and anyone else on team that was part of the job. From what I experienced, the JP Auto Team really gives a damn about their customers and just cares about people general.
