If you are a woman needing help with replacing your battery, don't go to this store. My sister in law bought a new battery from them on November 25th and they refused to help her with it. This morning I called to talk to the manager, Amanda and a young man was rude to me. If this is your idea of customer service, your store is the worse. Refused to test my trucks battery, when I asked them if they had a battery in stock for my truck they acted like I just asked them to run a marathon I got their at 730 when they opened. So it wasnt like they were busy. Just flat rude read more

The staff is great and helpful, the location is stellar, and the prices are comparable (just as expensive as others).

I get mixed results whenever I visit this location. There are some employees that are more than willing to help and will go the extra mile to ensure I am taking care of. At the same time, I have run into several employees that could care less as to whether I am attended to and my questions are answered. At the end of the day, it's really about the attitude and willingness to help out, and that is where I see the inconsistencies in the customer service. To make a long story short I bought a pair of $70 headlights for my saab and one went out after two months and one went out after five months. I had the first one replaced easy and fine but when I came to this location they would not replace it and they are very lazy and after I left there, I called another O'Reilly auto parts location in Columbus and they said that they will switch out both headlights for free. I have always liked O'Reilly auto parts but definitely not this location. I will never return to this location thanks to the douche bag, big douche bag working there. read more

This location is my go to auto parts store. My son called me 2 weeks after getting his car and was stranded with a dead battery. I jumped him off and he followed me there. A young man named Austin helped me and showed me every battery option for my sons car and the difference between them all. I purchased the best one besides the new gel type which was considerably more and not needed. Austin then asked if I'd like him to install the battery. It was nearly 95° out and told him I could install it at home so he didnt have to get miserably hot. He appreciated the thought but insisted we could knock it out real quick. I agreed....thankfully, because his new car wasn't as easy to access the battery as most. Austin and I figured out how to take off the panels in stages to access the battery, swap it out, and then remember the order of putting the panels back on. His customer service and friendliness was top notch !!!! Will definately always ask for him when I go back... which is pretty frequently. read more
