My tailgate used to shake and shimmy every time I opened/closed it. Had to be causing metal fatigue. Not any more! It closes with a solid thunk. I had an issue during the install. Nothing major but definitely frustrating. I called them to let them know not expecting anything other than, "Oh, we're sorry". Wrong. They took care of the issue in stellar fashion. They even followed up later to let me know they had checked their process to make sure this didn't happen to any other customer. Sadly way too few companies do this today. I am impressed. Seems like a great company with great products doing the right thing. The world needs more of this.

Even though they were crowded, they were able to get to me quickly and determine what they had on hand that may or may not work for what I was looking for. Prices seem to be multi tiered ... meaning that they have some a good selection of items that hit multiple price points. If you want top of the line, they probably have something that closely resembles that. If it's something you don't want to spend a lot on, they probably have a pretty good alternative that isn't quite as expensive. Really no complaints from my quick in and out trip. Based on this experience I'd recommend them to others.

I've never had to wait long to be assisted getting brakes or wipers or whatever baby girl needs to keep her running smoothly. I think the brakes were a good price at $42 for the front set, but come to find out I needed back brakes (face palm). When my dad I installed them he noted one of them didn't have the squeaky thing that lets you know the brakes need to be replaced. I took them back to the store and the Salesman went through several boxes and finally determined they are all like that - I guess it's a brand thing since back brakes do not wear out often. He ended up giving me an exchange so I could have both the way we wanted. I appreciated that, as he didn't have to go to that extent.
