Big mistake buying from these people. I purchased a part from them via Amazon. The listing was for…read morea high quality Dayco harmonic balancer (part # PB1091N) What they actually sent me was a cheap Dorman balancer. The Dayco harmonic balancer has a special two stage black paint and is then laser etched with timing markets. The Dorman one is much cheaper and just arrives raw and unpainted and no timing marks. The Dayco sells for about 50% higher cost. When I contacted Northern Auto Parts, they gave me some half-baked story about, "oh yeah, someone came in a while back and relabeled our inventory". Oh, okay I'm sorry.. but how does that give you the right to list one product on Amazon at $90 and then send me a cheap Dorman part which usually costs $60 at the local Autozone? Unbelievable. Either this company is dishonest or stupid or both. Whatever the case, avoid these mental midgets at all costs. Just not worth the wasted time and headaches.

My bike Im getting it ready for show bike, and I got a sissy bar from there. I took it off after a while and then I went to go put it on and something went wrong with one of the plastic on the screws. I called up. I spoke to Mike and he sent me some new screws without charging me and didn't give me a lot of stuff about what happened. He just explained it better on how for me to put it on so I won't have that problem again,and now the bike is ready to go for some other parts. I like when company sticks by their word. they take care of you because the products are good. But I have had an ongoing issue with a sensor light coming on and have had it at the dealership 3 times for the same issue and their last solution was to replace the battery and reprogram it. Well, picked my car up Friday at 5:30 pm when my appointment was at 1 pm. With my app for my car I could tell they did not start working on it until 4:30 pm. I parked it in the garage that night and I do not lock it in my garage. Saturday morning I went to the store and found I was unable to lock my car. I could not lock it from the handle sensor or the fob. Called the dealership at 12:15 pm when I got home to report this and I was basically told too bad you have to wait until Monday for service to reopen. Mind you, they closed at noon. I was 15 minutes past. No offer to call someone to come in or anything. They created the issue with my car they should have fixed it that day. I ended up calling their sister business Jensen SUBARU and talked with a very nice man who offered me a loaner car for the weekend until mine could be looked at. Jensen Volkswagen - do better!!
