My bike Im getting it ready for show bike, and I got a sissy bar from there. I took it off after a while and then I went to go put it on and something went wrong with one of the plastic on the screws. I called up. I spoke to Mike and he sent me some new screws without charging me and didn't give me a lot of stuff about what happened. He just explained it better on how for me to put it on so I won't have that problem again,and now the bike is ready to go for some other parts. I like when company sticks by their word. they take care of you because the products are good.
