I came here to grab a quart of oil for our farm truck. Once entering the business I was not greeted…read morenor acknowledge. Only one other customer in here. One employee behind the counter was in his cell phone. I found what I needed and went to checkout. Well the other employee still on his cell phone did not acknowledge me and I had to wait in the other line. That kinda made me upset, get off your phone and wait in customers. Finally to checkout which took forever. During checkout I asked the employee do you all check oil pressure and can you put the quart of oil in my truck. He immediately said NO aggressively. He kept saying repeatedly we don't do that. Well dude, last time I was here one of your employees did and was nice about it. When I have gone to any other auto parts place the employees have always help me in any way they could. This place has seriously lost my business and I will spread the word also. Terrible customer service!!! This is probably the worse service I have ever had in my life. Make sure you skip this place and ride into town to nicer and more helpful auto parts place.

Once entering I was greeted my a young man, he offered assistance, lead me to the batteries. Well I didn't know how to get my key fob opened so another friendly associate came to the rescue. He was so friendly, very knowledgeable, kind, and open my key fob on up. He was even kind enough to go ahead and replaced the battery for me, which was AWESOME and OUTSTANDING!!! Now this is service folks. All businesses should take note from this place. I paid my bill. Thanked the guy behind the counter repeatedly. Told him I greatly appreciated him. I am by no means knowledgeable about vehicles and key fobs and such. So glad I stopped in here. I will definitely stop here when I need something vehicle wise. This place was outstanding and customer service was through the roof!!!!!!! Highly Highly Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!

He checked my battery with the computer. Sure enough it needed replacing. Ivan got the details of my vehicle (to make sure I got the right battery) and within 15 minutes he himself had tested my system, looked up the info, got the battery installed, I paid for it and was on my way again! Took my vehicle there because it was overheating. Radiator was cracked mechanic said. Got it back,…read moreAC was no longer blowing cold. Somehow they split a hose and refrigerant leaked out. Also had a different leak and comes to find out it was the water pump. So I Got it towed to another shop, the mechanic found a cap that came on the new radiator had circulated through the system and lodged against the thermostat which then caused the water pump to go out. $846 spent with these guys for MORE problems THEY caused. Wouldn't recommend at all.

The new service manager inspected everything and found the oil filter was a little loose. He replaced the filter and changed the oil again. He could've blamed it on something with the car and charged us another $100+, but didn't. He took responsibility, apologized, and fixed the problem with no charge to us. Great customer service!!

Fine... so I tried to drive there around 6pm to see if they had it. I waited ten minutes. No one came out . Lights were in, mechanics bays open. I tried calling 50+ times to check if they had it. Clearly they don't want to make money. I know they have messed up other peoples engines before so maybe this was a sign not to go here.
