My passenger side headlight was out and he did not just look in the computer and sell me a bulb! No! He listened to me when I said I felt it was a bulb that did both high & low beams! He laid down the bulb he already had in hand to sell me and said,"let's go see..."! We walked out to the car, opened it up & took out the bulb. Not only did He go back and find the right bulb for my car, but he installed it and made sure it worked before letting me leave! He was so polite, professional and kind. NOW THAT IS GREAT SERVICE!

It arrived as scheduled the next morning. I received the part this afternoon, from Kyle. I got the part home. I had been given the wrong part number by the US distributor. I contacted O'reilly, was able to order the correct part and was informed I would be able to return the incorrect parts. The problem was not from this very nice, local store. Lucas, Kyle and the other staff members in the store were very helpful and I recommend them highly. If I were hiring, I would try to hire these young men. When I walked in the store to 'Luis' at the computer.. I told him thats all I wanted. Luis continued to mess w/ whatever it was he was on the computer rather than ringing me up to get me in and out. I waited for a few to him making no action and then the store phone rang... He said nothing to me and took action to prioritize the phone call/proceeded to help them over me patiently waiting, over me who was ready to check out. I left due to the clear a blatant disrespect/unprofessionalism. Easy situation but handled extremely poorly with no professionalism whatsoever. AZ PLEASE DO BETTER PLEASE!!! THIS STORE ALWAYS HAS VERY POOR HELP ALMOST ALWAYS! Luis should be NOT be handling customer service as he can't simply communicate or stay on task for a one item PAYING customer. After we got engine back we checked it only to find out that bent pushrods, valve springs weak, per there request we sent them videos of the issues. And the pictures of the engine poorly placed on a pallet that caused more problems. Was told at our expense we can send back and have repaired. If your ready to get punished, got for it. I would not. MABBCO rebuilt then ruined at least the top half of the engine shipping it back to CA. They told…read moreme 3 months and never received updates from them and had no info when I started calling after 3 months time. Took six months, then shipped on a completely sub par pallet with one band for a big block over 500 lb engine. Pallet and engine flipped upside down bending push rods, ruining springs and then discovered missing parts and an incomplete gasket kit as promised. $2,500 in repairs and counting. This shop is terrible, liars and cheats. DO NOT TRUST THEM OR USE MABBCO!!!!
