I was serviced by a student and was not aware of it until I saw her post her students in training August 8th, 2021. My service was completed July 24th, 2021 a month before and was charged $450. I came back a month like I was told by her to do checkup and insisted a refund from damages. She threatened that I could do whatever I want and she's not refunding back anything. Wow! This place right here! The ABSOLUTE WORST! I purchased a groupon to get my eyelashes done for my birthday and it has been the worst experience ever! I drove around for thirty minutes looking for the place. I called several time and no one there could even give me legit directions to their location. Finally, someone there was able to have enough sense to send me pictures of the building AND let me know that the recently took all the signage off of their building! Really!! Come to find out I had drove past the building about 20 times. When I arrived, I walked in and there was one lady there and apparently she had now Idea what I was even talking about and was not even the person I had been corresponding with over the phone. She advised me (very rudely) that she could only see me at 6pm mind you my apt was at 4pm. WTFFFFFFFFFF!!! What a shit show!! NEVER AGAIN. If I could give no stars I would! read more

I don't know what's going her with Chi Van business but I just tell to share my experience after I've been here 3 times for my Eyebown and Lip service here. First, I don't LIVE IN BOLSA, I lived up NORTH. Chi van is very patient, and check over and over again before and after . If there is something you want to adjust, she is willing and happy to do so as how customers wanted on the next touch-up visit. There are some posted picture on public about lip service. It doesn't seem right. Usually, it takes 2 or 3 days for your lips to heal, no swallon. Day 4, 5 lips will slowly get dry and peel off. Day 6,7 Completely healed and color started showing. I like her service and happy with the way it looked. For the rumors out there, you need to listen both side of stories and make a judgment for YOURSELF, don't follow the trend and join in without checking information. IF you want more information contact me And this is my story: I saw on Facebook about the ADVANCE TRAINING MICROBLADING store at 9393 Bolsa Ave Westminster CA 92683 .  To tell the truth, because of the cheap price, I chose to study here. On New Year's Eve, the shop advertised as learning lip tattoo and giving free MICROBLADING lessons for eyebrows, the price is $1000.  I think if I have the opportunity to learn 2 things that $1000 is good But when I entered the school, the owner of the shop (Hoang Van) spoke very cutely and explained about this tattoo profession that everyone should learn everything so that when customers come to do it, we can do it all, and you only pay an extra $1500 for the full course.  The key includes EYESLINER (MICROBLADING and OMBRE SHADING) EYESLINER and LIPSBLUSH .  Was given for us $1000 worth of school supplies (I calculated a maximum of $600), when I heard that, I thought I would have to learn all of them , so I didn't hesitate to borrow $1500 from my friend to pay for admission.  My friend asked why the school does not accept credit card payments?  I also asked the staff at the store, she said if you transfer money via ZELLE, only $500, we don't accept credit card payments.  I didn't think too much because I was focusing on my studies, but today I understand why she only accepts cash from students and customers.  And when I realized that I was cheated, things went even further.... I honestly tell everyone, after paying, I also feel uneasy in my heart because the owner's attitude is not like the first days I went to class, I study from Monday to Friday (from 10 Am to 4 Pm) the shop owner said everyone will practice on the model on Friday but no model to practice. The next day, I went to the shop and told the shop owner that I finished the lip course for $1000, and I think I am not suitable for this class, I am busy with family and work.  can i get back $1500 of my upcoming course?  The owner said that I have finished all my studies, now I only have to study a few eyelids, I think I have not learned anything advance for drawing eyebrows and lips, no model to practice, I have not learned eyebrow ombre,  but the shop owner said that had finished teaching the whole course.I said I needed to learn more because I didn't fully understand this course. I spent 2 weeks studying and Today I came to practice eyebrows but when I arrived, the owner of the shop showed an unhappy attitude.  and she gave me a certificate of completion of the tattooing course, along with a sentence: this is your certificate and you are done and you don't need to come here anymore.  I was surprised by that attitude because I felt I hadn't learned everything the owner advertised on Facebook and on the shop's website. The shop owner is getting into trouble with some people because she falsely advertises, doesn't understand the teaching and certification laws of 52 states, when students pay for admission, they say they're done in 3 to 5 days.  finished and got a certificate, but when students asked about state-specific certification, it was not clear that the owner did not know what each state's law required until students asked. In the past few school days, she did not teach but only focused on taking advertising photos for the shop, students who did not finish the course were also deceived into wearing uniforms and holding certificates to take advertising photos.  This is like hell because I have already paid for it, so I have to finish my studies.  The owner of the shop focused on taking advertising and PR photos for the shop without worrying about teaching the students, everyone asked to teach but it was not clear that, I asked for the cash receipt that I paid $2,500, the shop owner loudly cursed.  and kick me out or she will call the police to arrest me , I was very sad because I wasted my time and money but did not learn anything.  When the shop owner gets into trouble with many people, she gets angry with all of her private things being exposed on social media.  That's because she shared too many private things for everyone to know,if u don't share no one knows about the privacy, whose fault is it?  The people who work at the shop for you just need money to take care of their family, no one wants to tell the truth for fear of losing their job, I understand and sympathize with everyone. I signed up for an eyebrow and lip tattoo course at this salon $2500 for learn all course. The owner of the shop received my money but did not teach as advertised on Facebook and the website.  Many people in the same course as me were bullied by the shop owner and left because they knew they had been cheated. they don't accept credit cards and check , the shop owner teaches not exactly as they advertised, that is considered fraud.  And the certification is not clear, they took my driver license and credit card and 4 SSN numbers to buy online lessons for BBP300 - Bloodborne Pathogens Training and Infection Control for Body Art Professionals (Nationwide - Vietnamese) without my consent. She take all driver license and credit card from students to purchase Bloodborne Pathogens Training and take exams to get Certificates without consent from us.cheating and fraud has been going on for along time, no one has spoken out , WHY THEY DO LIKE THAT WITH US???
