Every time I've been in for a massage we've found a pain point and she responds immediately to my pain levels to correct the issue at a level I can manage. Laura is a great listener, and completely tailors your time to your needs. We always start a session by talking about where I'm feeling the most pain, and where I feel I would like her to concentrate. We do some stretch work that she's shown me (showing just how dedicated she is to making sure I am taken care of, going beyond just massage), then move into the massage. I love that she goes out of her way to explain every single thing I have a question on, and so far has brought something completely new to the table EVERY. SINGLE. WEEK.
