That is Nee! I have been meaning to write this review for a few years. I had my initial permanent makeup done on my top eyelid (eyeliner) and eyebrows in 2014 in San Francisco where I live. I have a disability with my arms so Iimit what they do for me. Makeup was first on the list. Over the years the eyeliner and parts of the eyebrow tattoo were starting to fade. I wanted a touchup. However, I didn't want it done in SF again, where there are tons of people, but not necessarily the depth of experience. When I was home visiting family and friends in WI I found Nee. She was trained young in China where these techniques are well known and practiced. I am so glad she moved to WI, married, started her family and brought her craft and professionalism with her. In 2022, I had my eyeliner redone and my eyebrows reformed and touched up. They look just as they did 3 years ago. I'm so sorry-I missed a message from the girls and I didn't realize. I've also had a sick little one so I'm so sorry for the delay in responding. I thought someone was reaching out to you but they had asked if you want it done on the 28th or just before/around that date? We don't have availability on the 28th Again, so sorry about that!" I responded understanding stating "no worries, things happen" and asked if they had opening the next two days. Then on 3/27 I received a response that they had no openings. If this is how you operate a business, shame on you. I found a better salon where someone stayed late just to take good care of my mother on her birthday after you seriously dropped the ball.
