During the conversation I was told we would get booked for my mother's birthday, she would show the photos to stylists, find the best fit, and return my call shortly. By 3/25 there had not been a call back so I text the number asking for an update. The following day 3/26 I received a response "Hello! I'm so sorry-I missed a message from the girls and I didn't realize. I've also had a sick little one so I'm so sorry for the delay in responding. I thought someone was reaching out to you but they had asked if you want it done on the 28th or just before/around that date? We don't have availability on the 28th Again, so sorry about that!" I responded understanding stating "no worries, things happen" and asked if they had opening the next two days. Then on 3/27 I received a response that they had no openings. If this is how you operate a business, shame on you. I found a better salon where someone stayed late just to take good care of my mother on her birthday after you seriously dropped the ball.
