Dr Mardiney was extremely helpful and thorough. We spoke extensively about my health history and specifically my asthma. We talked about an updated treatment plan that I'm excited and hopeful about. He also gave me some tips on how to reduce the risk of an asthma attack. The wait time was as expected. Just like any other doctor's office, you're rarely seen right at your appointment time. They also did bloodwork, but refused to give the results over the phone. My wife had to go in to get the results, and they charged all 3 patients for a follow up visit. I spoke to the office manager, Laura, when we were informed of these additional charges. She was very cold and blew me off. She tried to blame my insurance, but the problem is they are billing for unnecessary "services" that weren't actually performed.
