I don't feel the Dr listened to me. Why is it they think they know our bodies more than they do? I can handle a lot of pain, more than most. When you are treated the I've been by so many Ortho and Neurologists.... I'm at the point of just not trusting any of them. I am 62, my pain started when I was very young with my leg pain... now I have Spinal Stenosis,Spondylitis, Herniations,Bulging Discs,Bone Spurs.., and more that I would have to look up on my massive amount of Reports. Three to four years ago I stupidly trusted a Neurologist at Mercy to do a Fusion in my Lumbar which made me so much worse.... I now know it's because " by his mouth" It was because beneath the area of Surgery, he said the bone of that spine area was collapsing.. he said he knew it before Surgery but felt it to be his decision to go forward! Unbelievable, They should be listening to us, not playing God. There is one God and it's not them. Since that time. I have been diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis... explains a lot. Also why didn't the Dr's ever see this? I had seen so many. Now It's hard to walk most days. I need to find a decent human Orthopedic Dr as my Primary Dr said I have Arthritis in my hips to the point I can't put my foot to my knee, can't put on socks, or tie my shoes. And I most likely have torn Labrum on both hips.... I hope nobody that reads this ever has this kind of situation... I have had a great experience with Dr. Brodie and my Achilles repair. He started with a conservative approach pre-surgery to see if corrective action could occur. When that didn't help, the surgery went well. His team, as well as Abby and Pat in the Cast room in Bel Air are amazing! I also feel their office management is great- I never wait, they have great call-back response with questions, their on-line portal is easy to use. Very happy!! read more

Just wanted to say I have seen Dr. Dabbah, Dr. Mulliken and Dr. Tredinnick out of the Bel Air office. All 3 were professional, knowledgeable and compassionate in dealing with my ailments. The staff was helpful and courteous. It's nice to have reliable doctors in the Harford county area. read more

I had my right foot totally reconstructed in March 2017. I followed the post op instructions and took care of myself, and my foot healed beautifully. Dr. Jeffrie Brodie, who is a foot and ankle specialist, is amazing! He listens and explains everything that is happening. If you are having foot surgery, it's a long process. Make sure you have a good support system at home. Also, I was back to work way sooner than I anticipated. I don't know anything about any of the other doctors in the practice, but I highly recommend Dr. Brodie! read more

Unfortunately (for me), I've been dealing with Towson Orthopaedic for several years now. We first started going there when our daughter was having knee problems from dancing. She saw Dr. Clough and he was excellent. She has seen him several times and he's always a pleasure to deal with, is very thorough and explains everything that is going on. Little did I know that Dr. Clough would have to work with me as well. Last March, I tore my quadriceps tendon as well as the quadriceps muscle itself. Dr. Clough operated (they were able to schedule my surgery only a few days after the diagnosis) and he was amazing. It was a tough rehab process but my knee and quad are as good as new (well, as good as it gets for a 43 year old out of shape guy). Nothing but good things to say about Dr. Clough! My wife has also seen Dr. Brodie for her foot. It was initially diagnosed as a sprain by our PC. But when it wasn't gettting any better, she went to see Dr. Brodie and after carefully examining it and x-raying it, he noticed that the foot bone was very minimally broken near the toes. She ended up being in a cast for about a month, but it healed perfectly and didn't need surgery. read more

Dr. Todd Tredinnick has been amazing. I was very anxious and worked up over needing a cortisone injection in my knee. Not only was the needle not painful (and I'm kind of a weakling) but his bedside manner made it even more comfortable. His staff have all been helpful and very professional. I would recommend their office to anyone. read more

This is a big facility with lots of doctors, so I can only comment on the one we met with, Dr. Jeff Brodie. My son was having a few problems with his foot, so our physician recommended we meet with Dr. Brodie. He sat with us and listened to my concerns. He checked my son out thoroughly and explained that what he was experiencing was normal. He was calm, patient and made us feel valued. We didn't feel rushed in the least. He ensured that all of our questions were answered to our satisfaction. If Dr. Brodie is a reflection on this facility, I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to them. read more

I have had two very disconcerting experiences with Towson Orthopedics over the years. Recently I went to the ER at St Joseph's with severe Chest pain and thought I may be having a heart attack. A contrast CT scan was performed and in the RADIOLOGISTS report from St. Joseph Hospital, it was noted that my T3,4,5,&7 had suffered some sort of serious trauma and were all victims of Compression Fractures. On my first visit to the new location at the O'Dea building (why I went back after you read what Dr. Dalury did to me in 1998 I still don't know) I was visited by a PA from China (apparently a Brain Surgeon in China; he really chose the right path to follow over here but I have serious doubts he is accredited) PA Lun Chen ordered an extensive set of 8 xrays AND an MRI. He never bothered to pull the film of the CT, which by a simple Google search I found out is Better than an MRI at diagnosing back issues, and that is mistake #1. So I grovel with Insurance to get the PA for the MRI, go back on Friday 11/15/2019 and guess what? PA Chen ordered an MRI for the wrong section of my back! He came in with a Cervical MRI and I was appalled. I got upset, telling him that my T3,4,5,&7 aren't even visible on the MRI. He then stated to me "well if you are a doctor why do you need me". They ordered More MRI's and trust me they will be done, but I am not going back to this Group and will ensure EVERYBODY knows about them. In 1996 I broke my Scaphoid bone, went to the ER and then went home waiting to get a cast put on by Dr. Dalury the Following day. When I had the appointment with Dr Dalury, he stated that he "couldn't really conclusively make a diagnosis and ordered about 7 more x-rays, and proceeded to give my Mother and I a diagnosis of a sprained wrist. In 1998, while running sprints on the Basketball Court at the Towson YMCA, I stopped myself using the wall, immediately hearing a "pop". I went to the Emergency Room and was told , "Eric you didn't break your wrist tonight but you definitely broke it a few years ago. All your bones have fused together and if you dont get in and have a compete right Wrist rebuild your wrist is in danger of collapsing, and very soon." I told a friend of mine's mother who was a Career Nurse(I was 18 at this time) how bad Dr Dalury had screwed up his diagnosis and she was visibly shaken hearing the story. I had to get a complete right wrist rebuild by a COMPETENT hand Dr, Peter Innis, with a bone taken from my hip and carved into a scaphoid. My wrist now has RSD I, II and my back would probably collapse if I didn't Know In My Heart That My Back is not normal. I cannot stand up for more than an hour or two before I have to lay down. PS- No flexibility in damaged wrist and when the lady on the phone told me that PA Lun Chen (pray you Never have to see this joke) was a Brian Surgeon in China, my reply was, "That is like Target or Walmart Hiring this Guy because he was a Plant Manager in China" LOL. I broke my wrist in several places while on vacation and I had to wait till I got home plus a weekend before I could go to an orthopedic dr. I was able to be seen in the Towson location the same day I called. Had surgery several weeks later and that went great. The dr that performed the procedure even called me to check on me once I was home and settled. Great group of individuals read more

Don't go here if you want a solution to your problem and not a band-aid. I went here for a little over a year because of a leg injury and then eventually I started having hip and lower back pain. They put me on mobic for 6 months unmonitored and then when the doctor who had been prescribing it found out I had been taking it for so long, he was alarmed. His secretary had just been letting me get refills without telling him. When I said if I wasn't taking it my bones felt like they weren't fitting together properly, he told me to find a cream because if I were to stay on mobic, I'd need blood tests every 6 months. Thanks for the advice! Fast forward a few months and I found a chiropractor on Groupon in White Marsh doing 3 adjustments for 99 bucks. The Chiro looking at the same hip x-ray Dr. Gough had looked at just 8 months prior, told me I had a half inch difference in the height of my hips because my right leg was shorter. It was twisting the base of my spine and if I put in a shoe lift all my hip and back pain would be fixed. Guess what, that fixed it. This office doesn't want to fix you. They want your money. Just be your own advocate. read more

My husband and I have used these doctors twice. I have a mixed review about them. Both doctors, Winakur and Codd, were attentive and we felt they listened well and took their time with diagnosing our problems. But once we walked out the door it was impossible to communicate with them. Dr. Codd had his nurse call us with the final diagnosis but we were never allowed to speak with the doctor to discuss the diagnosis. We called repeatedly to try and speak with him but were never allowed to. With Dr. Winakur, I tried to reach him to inquire about getting a brace. My physical therapist emailed him, I emailed him, and called. He never responded.... very frustrating! read more
