Dr Mardiney was extremely helpful and thorough. We spoke extensively about my health history and specifically my asthma. We talked about an updated treatment plan that I'm excited and hopeful about. He also gave me some tips on how to reduce the risk of an asthma attack. The wait time was as expected. Just like any other doctor's office, you're rarely seen right at your appointment time. From completing the forms to actually being tested for the different types of allergies. I left finding out I am actually allergic to cats and dogs!!!!! I had no idea. Horrible place and a waste of money!!!…read more I scheduled a appointment for this office in Lutherville on 5/6/21. First of all, the parking is horrible. The business is has a shared lot with other businesses and it is on a busy road. Second, the doctors here do not listen to you. I was originally scheduled with Dr. Hassan Mohammed ( Wrote his name on the script he gave me. That says a lot about the business in my opinion). He rushed me through the entire procedure and his bed side mannerism was horrible. You could tell he didn't care. I PAID to be seen there because I had a big in my ear, believing they were ant(s) because we had an infestation. He barely looked in my ear, he was harsh when inserting the tools to view my ear and he barely even suctioned it. I definitely did not feel I got what I paid for, a decent service. I asked him several times can he clean my ears and he refused to listen or acknowledge what I was saying so I left. I called and explained this to Lisa, the receptionist/Manager who took the position of explaining exactly detail of my complaint in a very dismissive tone stating they don't clean ears. What??? ENT stand for EAR nose and throat. In any case, I informed her that Dr. Mohammed still did not communicate that to me, he simply ignored me. She then said she could reschedule me with the second non professional doctor, a Dr. Alan Shikani. This man was simply ridiculous! I was escorted in the back room after waiting to be seen. As soon as I sat down and before the exam, this unprofessional doctor answered his phone right in front of me and said "I'm just going to be five minutes. Yes, a real gem. He proceeded to stand up, look into my ears in less then a minute and said all clear, that's what you wanted to hear right?" I didn't bother at this point to respond. I felt dismissed again and deflated. I left that office vowing to never return! Since then I had several sleepless nights with the same feeling and on the second night, I stretched my ear as far as I could and laid on my right side and what do you know? A tiny ant came out of my ear. All of my agony would have been solved had I been heard. What a shame. Why did y'all go to school to get the degree? Just to make money?? You cost me the money for the visit, the time off from work due to the visit and lack of sleep only to solve it myself. I was better off spending less then $100 on Amazon for a suction for the ears. Less money and less headache. I took the time to write this review not just because they are totally unprofessional but because others should know prior to my experience and save the aggravation. There are too too many ENT doctors for anyone to accept that.

He lacks any bedside manner & empathy for an aging patient with various ailments. Telling us,my mother's condition (82 yrs old woman), she has bad luck and can die within 3 years if she doesn't take his very expensive medicine, that I am sure he makes a $$ cut from. And his office DOESNT mince words and gives the NEWS AS IT IS!!! Wow, Im shocked he still has his 700 patients with the same condition. I am deeply concerned for them. As of today I have canceled all appointments and have received a referral from INOVA hospital & this Dr saw my mother today. He has assured us after his review of her records & exam that her condition was caught in early stages, and isnt in the dire state , that was presented to us yesterday from Dr. Dubey!
