This place came highly recommended by my sister after her 2 kids with severe cat allergies overcame them after just a couple visits. I wouldn't have believed such a strange therapy could work, but they have cats now with no problems! Then my dad, a huge skeptic decided to go to clear up his congestion/allergies to an unknown substance in his new-ish house, and he was cured after one visit! And this was after years of suffering. My mom also went for a crazy rash she'd had for a year, and it definitely helped her, though it didn't completely go away. So when I got a horrific case of itchy hives that grew slowly to cover my entire body over the course of 2 weeks despite tons of powerful medicines, I decided it couldn't hurt to try Advanced Allergy Solutions. It seemed like a better idea than a month of Prednisone which the dermatologist wanted me to start. The first 2 days after the treatment the hives started to come and go in different places- a very different situation from the slow steady progression of the previous 2 weeks. Then 48 hours later I had the worst night I had had since I started and then it started to get better and had almost disappeared by my second appointment a week later. After my session yesterday, I didn't need any creams or medicines at all and I slept through the night for the first time since I got my hives. I don't even know where to begin with how amazing Advanced Allergy Solutions has been for me. To say it's been life changing is an understatement. I've lived with chronic allergies to pretty much everything my entire life. I've done so many rounds with Allergists (testing, shots, drops, restricted diet and living.) At one point I was giving myself 9 shots a week. Of course nothing worked until I was having Acupuncture with the inimitable Melissa. During our pre- treatment consult she told be about AAS and how I could benefit from treatments. I knew I was allergic to so much, but the precise components of what I'm allergic to, too?!? MIND BLOWN!!! And I've been blown away since. I've been treated here for a little over a year and I'll keep coming regularly- indefinitely. No painful shots, short treatments that actually work and hold, and all of the staff from Masha up front, to ALL of the ladies doing treatments- are all so incredible. I've been here a number of times over the past few years. In general, I would say that the treatments are definitely effective in relieving allergy symptoms, but that they do not really produce long-term cures. I still have the same seasonal allergies that I had before I started treatment here, and sometime they are quite severe, but the treatments have allowed me to significantly reduce the amount of allergy medications I use, and given the recent research indicating that anticholinergics like Benadryl can significantly increase risk of dementia, I think that's a big plus. Very interesting that this place primarily has 1 and 5 star reviews. In reading over the 1 star reviews, I noticed that most of those reviewers seemed to feel that the type of treatments used were completely hokey and were convinced from the get-go that treatments like that had about as much of a chance of working as witchcraft. I think if you come in with that mindset, that is, if you believe that there is no way any type of treatment that is not in line with assumptions of conventional Western medicine is going to work, then the treatment is pretty much guaranteed to fail. That is not to say that the treatments only work because of some sort of placebo effect (that they work simply because people believe they would work), but I think the power of the mind to influence the body - and to block healing - is huge. read more

Let me first say that the people that work at AA are really nice and the general atmosphere is very pleasant. The therapists and consultants are sensitive, eager to explain their model and the overall experience is peaceful. They get a few stars for that. That being said, from my perspective no matter how good their intentions seemingly are, no matter how nice they seem..... Their system hasn't helped my allergies and I'm out $150. I knew the premise was far-fetched at the end of my treatment.... but you have to try everything once right? I'd really like to believe that there are legitimate alternative allergy remedies out there - and on the surface, their method seems logical enough.... I will explain the procedure and you be the judge: 1) Therapist asks allergy details -where you live, pets, foods, etc. 2) Therapist attaches an arm band, tells you that electrical signals will enter your body via the arm band. The electrical signals (which you cannot feel) are supposed to mimic various allergens. 3) Therapist holds your arm and instructs you to push downward with force at her command. (at each electrical signal stimuli) 4) Therapist monitors your arm force (with her hand) against any given electrical signal and notes any muscle fatique in relation to that particular signal 5) Therapist then tells you what allergens you body reacts to based on your muscle fatigue in relation to a given electrical impulse. 6) Therapist then reapplies the same corresponding electrical signal as she runs a small massager down your back / spinal area. 7) Therapist repeats the electrical signal/massage until a few of your allergies are "cured" The idea is that if you can introduce an electrical signal that mimics an allergen to your body....then your body should react with momentary weakness. The weakness is measured by arm strength. Once the allergen is discovered then the "therapy" is simply to associate the "negative energy" that causes symtoms to a positive experience.. i.e. a quick massage of the spinal area. The problems with this are many.... First, to my knowledge the technology to mimic molecules or substances of any kind via electrical impulses does not exist. Example: Chocolate is one of the allergens. Chocolate has hundreds of types of molecules. AA would have you believe that they have decoded chocolate and turned it into an electrical impulse that your body recognizes as chocolate. Same goes for various bacteria & spores.... amazingly they have been converted into simple electrical impulses. Secondly, the therapist holding your arm while you try to pull away consecutively 40+ times.. leaves way too much room for human error.(The weakness of your arm is supposed to be barely perceptible). Also, your muscles tire after just a few repetitions...and who knows how consistent anyone can be at pulling with an exact certain force' dozens of time. The bottom line for me is that my allergies would sooner be cured by magic spells or a voodoo doll. That being said, there are plenty of folks who are helped via psychosomatic therapies. Just a belief seems to help some people. AA says that they treat dogs and small children successfully. I seriously have my doubts about that. read more

There are times when I'm reminded how much San Francisco rules. Discovering Advanced Allergy Solutions on Groupon was one such time. Somewhere into the first season of Breaking Bad it hit me that all of the sudafed I was pumping into my body probably wasn't healthy. I'd never had hay fever until moving to the Bay Area so i decided to get it checked out. I'd also suspected for years that I had food allergies or sensitivities and opted for this over an elimination diet (brutal). The first diagnostic appt at AAS blew my mind. After discussing my history and reason for coming in we jumped right into the treatment. Denise explained everything to me as we went and engaged me throughout the session. The whole process is extremely comfortable and easy. You're in street clothes the entire time with an arm band on. No skin pricks, no pain--you barely feel it. The whole process is actually relaxing, even pleasant. The practitioner tests you for a number of potential allergens, identifies the culprits and then you decide together based on your symptoms which one you want to treat. I've been in twice and am scheduled for a third appointment this coming week. I had a handful of allergies and am looking forward to being rid of them all...and the nasty meds! It has taken me a while to write this review, because I've been completely on the fence about this place. Here are the "for" and "against" arguments I've had in my head: For: - I usually felt better soon after a treatment, and the effects seemed to last for a while... maybe a few weeks to a few months - The procedure seems quite scientific. I won't go into how it works, because other reviews detail it, but overall, I found some amount of plausibility to how they said it all worked. - The people are all super nice. Always had a great experience there - The people there are super-passionate about wellness in general. They'll tell you about all kinds of new theories about things in the environment or things you eat that are good or bad for you Against: - I have not been able to find any serious research study on this that is publically available - I have spoken with experts in biology, who believe that their ability to make you feel better may well exist, but their ability to be so targeted in how they treat specific allergens is questionable - Their passion for alternative diets is a bit extreme in my opinion - My symptoms have come back after about 6 months. Given that allergies are seasonal, and that I had these treatments about 1 to 3 times a month for a few months, it's entirely possible that the treatments just made me feel better for a few weeks at a time. It seems like once I stopped the treatments, and the season for allergies came back, it was like there was no effect. They do tell you that their treatments are not permanent, and that you may need to go back there. So, overall, I had some positive results going to them. However, I personally do not believe that they are able to target allergens the way they explain it. I also feel like the effect of their therapy is temporary, and is more like going in for any other type of alternative medicine body therapy treatment where it helps you feel better for a while. What this means is that if you've got the budget for it, then it may help you feel better to go to this place every few weeks when your allergies are bad. First of all, everyone who works here is very nice and professional and the space is comfortable. I saw Christy a few times and the 3rd time I saw someone who is no longer on the schedule for services. I have no issue with the office or the people working there. That said, after spending a few hundred dollars over several treatments trying to overcome what they zeroed in on as a skin allergy to mold, I was no better. I want to believe the treatment works, but it just didn't for me. Perhaps I needed several more appointments, hard to say, but I saw not even an incremental improvement. I just couldn't justify spending more money on treatment that wasn't working for me. The other reviews are overall very positive and that's great. Malia at Advanced Allergy Solutions is a genius! She has accomplished what no doctor or prescription has been able to. I am finally able to eat foods that I have had to avoid for over 15 years. I have had severe seasonal allergies my whole life and when I was in my late teens I also started to develop food allergies. Worst of all was my chicken allergy. Can you imagine not being able to eat chicken? By 21 I wasn't able to eat chicken, turkey, or any type of poultry. From reading the negative reviews here, it looks like they stem from the reviewer's idea that their allergies would be solved in 1-3 visits. I went to AAS five times over the past two years, and have gone from taking 2 allergy pills per day and still waking up at 6am every morning with horrible sneezing fits, runny nose, itchy watery eyes, itchy throat, to nothing. NOTHING. Nada. Zero allergies. Bam. Yes, it's a lot of money (~$90 per session after the first one), and maybe if I bought a Groupon and somehow got the idea into my head that my allergies would be magically cured in an hour session or two, then I'd be pissed, too. But if you don't stick with it, you're not going to see results. It's pretty straight-forward, whether you believe in the holistic aspects or not. And it is completely worth the money, not to mention tossing shots and pills out the window forever. read more

I just discoverd Advanced Allergy Solutions two weeks ago and was extremely excited to go in for my first consultation. As I walked in, I felt instantly at home - comfortable, warm, and relaxed. Unlike most hospitals or health facilities, this particular place had a feeling of peace and serenity. After filling out my forms I was shown to a cozy room in the back. I layed down flat on my back and the practitioner ran a series of non-invasive, theraputic tests on me. I was relieved that the consultation did not involve needles, medication, or scary machinery - just an armband that was connected to a laptop. I was told that I had an allergic reaction to wheat, dairy, dust-mites, sugar, and mold. The practitioner recommended that I focus on treating the dust-mites first because they had the most immediate impact on my inability to breathe. After talking to my practitioner it became clear to me that my breathing problems were due to an allergic reaction to dust-mites. After being "treated," I thanked my practitioner and was out the door. After two days passed and I noticed that all my symptoms and irritations had completely dissappeared. I could not believe it. I finally felt "normal" and in control of my allergies. To this day, I do not have trouble breathing, I dont have to clear my throat in the mornings, and I do not get an itchy nose when I'm around my cats. Truly amazing stuff. When I was referred here and had the method of treatment explained, my analytical brain couldn't make sense of how it could possibly work. However, with the endorsement from my trusted acupuncturist combined with positive reviews on Yelp, I figured it was worth a shot. I have suffered from nasal allergies since childhood and been on regimens of daily pills and/or nasal sprays to be able to function. After several of these treatments, I no longer take any medication for my allergies, and I'm breathing clearly every day. I can even stand to be in the same room with cats and dogs, which has always been a nightmare. They were also able to pinpoint some food allergies that were unknown to me. THIS WORKED WHEN NOTHING ELSE WOULD: for Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity. I had been sick - chronic fatigue was the final diagnosis - since 2007. Around 2009 I discovered that being around devices that gave off an electromagnetic field (computers, cell phones, cars) was making me feel very sick (fatigue, swollen lymph nodes, difficulty breathing, brain fog, etc.) I discovered that there are others like me: electro-hypersensitive. I felt inspired to write an update from my last 5 star review from Advanced Allergy Solutions. It has been two years since I started getting treatments. I did a total of 9 treatments. They worked amazing well for me (read my other review). What I am realizing now is that I haven't been back in for a treatment in about 10 months. I am not 100% symptom free. I still have occasional allergy attacks, but they are about 15% as bad as they used to be. My asthma (which is triggered by my allergies) hasn't been an issue at all, whereas I was having regular attacks before I began treatments. My biggest fear with the treatments at Advanced Allergy Solutions is that I would have to keep going back for maintenance but so far, I'm good to go! read more

I was very skeptical when I first started treatments a few years ago. No one like to be a sucker and it all sounded too good and "wooo-wooo" to be true. I also knew that I would need a number of treatments before I could see results (this is just because of the number of different things I had allergies to). Still, I was miserable. This place is a rip off!!! DO NOT waste you money! My daughter who is almost 2 years old has eczema. I found this place on Google claiming that they are very successful treating eczema in children in a holistic way. We pretty much tried everything else already, so although their prices are pretty high, we went to have a series of treatments. To say the least, I was utterly disappointed! Nothing that she did had any affect on my daughter, but she doesn't seem to care about it. No apologies, not trying to refund some of the money we paid. We left $500 there for absolutely nothing in return. Looking back at what methods she was using for the diagnostics and the treatment, this is not surprising. So we all go into a room. She claims that she will run some tests on my daughter first, but she will do that by testing my wife's muscle responses. My wife had to be in skin contact with my daughter and she was asking questions about different allergens and tried to push down my wife's hand for each question. She supposedly was able to feel if my daughter was allergic to a certain substance by touching my wife's hand. After that she told me she was done and now we have the list of things that my daughter is allergic to. Even if I believe this, the allergens on the list were just ridiculous! She was supposedly allergic to her own mucus...what the f...??!!!!!! Anyway, we all played along and now came the treatment. She went back asking questions from my wife's hand and then she grabbed tool that looked like a massage equipment and start massaging my daughter's spine up and down for a little bit. That's it. We came back 2 more times. Each follow up session only repeated the treatment part. Everytime we came back she asked us how is everything, if we notice any changes. We said no nothing, and she was like oh ok. At least, oh I'm sorry that I am robbing you from hundreds of dollars, please trust me that if we do this enough times there will be results. No nothing. I was coughing every three minutes for the better part of two months. I fractured ribs, pulled muscles, was unable to sleep through the night or consume food without a coughing fit. I went to my allergist. He put me on steroids and codine and we changed my inhaler. Eventually I was able to sleep through the night but still needed my emergency inhaler at least a few times a day. It wasn't really a good longterm solution but I also didn't really want to take allergy shots again. My coughing was so noticeable that several coworkers suggested I give Allergy Solutions a try. I was highly skeptical of acupressure, coming from a scientific research background, but I figured acupuncture has already done wonders for my pain and as I entered the third month of coughing, I figured there was nothing to lose except for potentially feeling better. Fast forward to two months later and I feel a lot better. I have found that some treatments seem to have made more noticeable improvements in my general well being than others. The only side effects that I experienced were headaches for a one or two of them and all the food sensitivity treatments made me extremely tired (I ended up taking two hour naps after them). The staff is super friendly and patient with answering your questions and the "office" is really a calm, relaxing environment so coming back weekly is actually kind of relaxing and not a chore the way allergy shots were. A friend told me how this place got rid of her cat allergy. I couldn't believe it and so I went. I have now had about 6 sessions on different allergy families and my allergies are completely gone. I love this place I am feeling so much better. I used to not be able to eat out at restaurants or even enjoy a walk in the park without an reaction now I am doing great. This place is totally awesome. I sometimes suffer from a crazy red rash when I drink alcohol, and I could never pinpoint which type of alcohol it was coming from. Sometimes red wine or beer, sometimes rum, almost always tequila. I've also dealt with digestive problems for many years now. I was recommended by a good friend of mine to try AAS because it seemed to help her. In my very first visit, I came up sensitive to sugar, glutamates, my own digestive enzymes, diary, gluten, etc. My first treatment was done for sugar, and when I drank tequila a few days later I wasn't red at all. Since then I've done 2 more treatments and it truly is helping. Just recently I got the digestive enzyme treatment and my stomach feels better. When I moved from Germany to California I got very bad allergies. I tried all kind of allergy meds, Zyrtec, Claritin, Benadryl, etc. but at the end, it did not help that much. I found AAS on yelp and I gave them a shot, knowing that there is probably no quick fix to my problem. At first, I was hesitant because the nature of the treatment is quite different from a traditional, western medicine approach. Having said this, there is no medical treatment, alternative or not, that can claim 100% results. I have to report that after 3 treatments I am much better. I cannot say enough about what Denise and her associates have done for me. My allergies were wreaking havoc in my life; asthma, post-nasal drip, constant sinusitis... it was ridiculous. No energy. I thought I would write an update because someone messaged me asking if I was still feeling the benefits from treatments here because she couldn't make up her mind to try it. Let me start by saying, I moved to NYC and with my new found freedom I went a little crazy kind of binging on everything since nothing really gave me issues. I mean how could I not? Even if I ate out three meals a day every day of the week, I still wouldn't have eaten at all the restaurants in two years haha Anyways, when I was back for Thanksgiving last year I made two appointments. To my delight, my body was fine with gluten and a lot of major players that were big issues for me. I did however, have sugar come up again. I am pretty in tune with my body and had a feeling it was the cause of discomfort when I indulged in sweet treats. In total disclosure, I had been living in dessert heaven OVER indulging at NYC hot spots. So this was no big surprise and makes total sense. I cleaned up my diet and joined NYCSC for gym time and in general felt better. Fast forward to today where I saw the wonderful Emily Shore. Sugar and acids still passed from last treatment. Coffee came up but I decided to treat a biochemical issue that was priority. May/June I had been consuming large amounts of coffee. To make matters worse, I bought an espresso machine haha So really, I'm not shocked it came up as I had been overwhelming my body with it recently and on and off through the years. I have a love/hate relationship with coffee and right now I'm not drinking it, so its not a big deal. If you are having trouble deciding to take the plunge and try AAS, the only thing I can say is, just go for it! What's the absolute worst thing that could happen?... You feel exactly the same? I know and you are out the money spent :-( On that note- Everyone's body will respond differently. I've had allergies all my life and was always told that it can't be cured. I've been told to take Benadryl if it gets bad enough, but it would make me a little drowsy and it didn't always work. Just the fact that I live in SF I guess I would just have to live with it. .....But maybe not. I discovered a new clinic on Oak St-Advanced Allergy Solutions. Since nothing else have ever really worked, I thought I would just go in for a consultation. They seemed very professional and explained in detail all they would do and the magical thing about it was that it involved no medications and it was non-invasive. Supposedly, the Amethyst embedded inside the mat is supposed to help with a lot of things. Whether that's true or not is debatable. However, I did feel better after the 30min session, but that may soley be due to the fact that you're lying down, relaxing on a warm heated mat. Relaxation and heat helps- it's effects are probably similar to getting a massage- it makes you feel relaxed and removes tension. And heat helps with circulation Amethyst cyrstals or whatnot, lying on a warm heat mat is generally good for people with injuries/chronic pain, and I have chronic pain. The only thing difference I noticed was that it made me super duper thirsty afterwards. Dunno what that was- if I was just happened to be more thirsty than normal or if the effect on me was intense thirst. I am not sure if it does all the other things it purports, but if at the least you want to relax, reduce stress, feel warmth, then try the biomat. Doesn't hurt. read more

Got a groupon for a $65 Comprehensive Allergy Assessment and treatment of an allergen. I have allergies. What could it hurt? I am a skeptic at heart but a noninvasive holistic health that is admittedly unconventional? First impression: really open and nice folks. The space is beautiful and welcoming. The screening process was unconventional indeed. I had what looked like a blood pressure cuff on one arm and the practitioner checked for a jerking response on the other as I was exposed to different allergens. Ok. Since I already knew some of the allergies, I wanted to see if she was right. But first she treated me (I didn't realized that I was being treated for my one until afterwards. Darn. I would have picked a different allergen then sugar). She was right on all of my know allergies though. Then I became freakishly tired. I had to lay down again and it was explained to me that it happens with a sugar treatment. So I was having a actual physcial response. I haven't gone back for more treatments so more obvious allergens like dust can't be observed but they get the rating for the great customer service and the allergy screening. read more

Wow. I could not say enough good things about this place if I tried which is why I had not reviewed it yet. Traditional allergy doctors have labeled me as one of the worst cases of pollen/grass allergies they have ever seen. I would agree with them. Before coming to Advanced Allergy Solutions, I went to extreme lengths for help with my allergies (meaning taking pharmaceutical medications or treatments, which I normally completely avoid) because they made me miserable: I couldn't breath, was utterly fatigued, had an unbearably itchy throat, and found myself extremely irritable. I could talk about how incredible this technology is for hours. Holistic treatments make complete sense to me and the fact that there was one out there to cure my allergies was too good to be true. Emily Shore, my practitioner, is a wonderful soul and an incredibly sharp and knowledgable professional, who has taught me a LOT about the way that the human body and allergies work. I have only had four treatments here but after three I was completely medication free. Though I still have symptoms, they are bearable and I am peeling them away with each allergy treatment. For optimal results, don't expect this type of healing to be cut and dry. The body works in its own time and way. Curing one allergy may relieve symptoms for many others, and free up energy for your body to surface an underlying allergen that may not have been as prevalent before. Be gentle with yourself and open to the treatment. Sometimes flare ups in symptoms can be normal and natural part of healing. One thing you may not know is that AAS can also help with digestive problems and mental health-- they're interconnected. I did not have a clue as to why I had been feeling ill. I went to my general practitioner with my symptoms and details of my experience and observations. This place is a SCAM. They've got a good PR team. Look into the people posting the positive reviews. Some of them are down right shady, explaining that you need to come in multiple times. Everything right from the equipment they use to their explanations of the treatment (which is basically a back massage to treat allergies) is very very shady. Beware of this place. I can't believe it's running. It's sad to see the kind of people they prey on. In my case, my allergies weren't too bad but looking at other reviews, they downright robbed desperate people trying to get cured. read more

I would give it 4 1/2 Stars! We love the staff there! There are very helpful and friendly! My wife and son have shown great improvement over the last few months. I have seen good improvement. I am still battling spring allergies but they are better than before. I also have enjoyed the bio-mat a lot. It's great for total body relaxing! To be honest, I never thought I would ever go to a place like this but now I am a believer. Advanced Allergy Solutions is a great business, however the treatments did not work for me in the long run. I worked with practitioners to treat 22 out of 23 confirmed allergens per their testing. Initially, I saw results, less respiratory allergies, less itching, and hair loss. However, fast forward 4 months later and the skin irritation, and itching are back in full swing. I will say I discovered great supplements that serve as alternatives to conventional antihistamines. I am disappointed at the amount of money and time I invested, to be back at square one with my skin issues. Kudos to the team of beings that work there, they work hard to assist and believe in the benefit of their craft. read more

I don't even know where to start. This type of treatment is so incredible and it's really a shame that not everyone knows about it or has access to it. After my first treatment (for digestive issues and food sensitivities) I called everyone I know who has suffered from allergies or sensitivities and begged them to come here. I saw Karinn and her warmth and sensitivity basically melted me and I just turned in to a puddle of tears over how much I've suffered and how happy and hopeful I was that this treatment could help me. It literally worked that day. I'd had a painful rash on my neck for a week and it was gone that night when I went to bed. I have to agree entirely with Chris G's review. I have only been for two consultations/'treatments' so I can't say that I have put a huge amount of time into seeing whether this truly works. Still, I am $220 worse off, and feeling just as bad as I did before I tried this. I went to Advanced Allergy without knowing anything about their methods, but I had a completely open mind and was actually genuinely very interested in their system, and asked many questions throughout. I also agree with Chris G that they are very nice people. Bettina took the time to explain what she was doing and seemed very sweet and genuine. But I just can't help but think it's such a flawed method as Chris G's review explains in great detail. How on earth can anyone calculate the electrical frequency of milk, chocolate, cardboard dust, tree pollen etc. It just seems so lacking in methodology and explanation. And the muscle testing seems very open to human error. During my first consultation I was so curious as her method that I asked who had developed this 'school of thinking' and when? Bettina didn't have an answer - she just said 'some lady' and something along the lines of "yes it's amazing, it makes you wonder..." or something just as vague. It seems very odd that someone working with a very specific method doesn't know anything about who invented it or how it worked?! It also transpired that each treatment only cures one "allergy family". If you keep sneezing when you get near the cat after the first treatment then you need to go back and have another "allergy family" treated. Then If you keep sneezing when you get near the cat after the second treatment then you need to treat another... and so on... It seems to me like it might take a lot of 'treatments' (and a lot of $$$) to feel like you're getting close to being 'cured'. Anyway, this place seems to get a lot of great reviews, so maybe I'm missing something. Even though the "science" behind these treatments made no sense to me at all, I still decided to give it a try. I have horrible allergies and I am always down to try something that might work. As everyone else states the office and staff are great. The treatments on the other hand are a little shady in my opinion. After the first couple treatments I kept trying to convince myself that it was all not just non sense. I really wanted to believe they might work. I experienced no relief whatsoever. I was dealing with stomach issues for a long time, GERD, IBS, lactose intolerance, gluten sensitivity, etc. I had seen many different doctors and tried different medications, various diets, herbal supplements and anything people would suggest. It was getting to a point where almost anything I ate would upset my stomach. It was really stressful to plan my entire day around food. I've waited for months to write this review, and this is why: I moved to San Francisco from Hawaii in July of last year. I had allergies in Hawaii but they were manageable. As soon as I moved to SF I developed all sorts of symptoms: severe ear aches, difficulty breathing, discharge drainage, repeated sneezing, itchy eyes, and the list goes on and on... So in the late winter when it was suddenly sunny and my allergies were at it's peak (I live btwn the Presidio and GGP) and I was once again missing a day at work, I sought out AAS. I am FIRM believer in seeking natural, homeopathic treatments first and drugs as a very last resort. I called AAS one morning, barely able to speak and Denise listened to me with compassion and gave me an appointment right away. But I was hesitant to write a YELP review until I experienced Spring and Summer... and I have to say, I am STILL allergy free.
